Whoever works in the back making the food needs to be fired immediately. If you can’t tell the difference between sausage and steak you shouldn’t be working with food at all. Clearly ordered a sausage McMuffin and the moron put steak and onions. And we waited for 10 minutes for it to be wrong. How disappointing.

I don't know what was going on in this store today but I went to pick up an ubereats order and waited over 30 minutes. The employees were not helpful and didn't acknowledge myself or other customers. I tried repeatedly to ask where my order was and the cause for the delays only to be told by the manager that they were transitioning from breakfast to lunch and that she was only one person. Horrible service and the staff was not helpful. You have a lot of unhappy customers ?! I will NEVER go to this location again!!!!You have A LOT to learn about customer service!!

The restaurant only had two tables. I went in because the drive through was very long. I saw the new style counter which only has two registers and a piece of paper you can glance at to order. There is a large screen which has rotating information you can try to read, but good luck with that. The guy at the register asks if he can help me in a not very thrilled manner. I order one big Mac and waited a bit over 12 minutes. The whole thing made me wish for older days at McDonald's but I see they are gone. Just a cold atmosphere void of warmth. Plus prices for food is steep for the amount and quality.
