Yesterday, Wednesday, I went at 5pm and ordered a LARGE CARAMEL FRAPPÉ, and they gave me anything but what I asked for. It’s my favorite drink from McDonald’s, so trust me. I know exactly what it’s supposed to look like, and this was NOT it. I asked the woman at the drive-thru, “Is this a large caramel frappé?” and she said yes. 🙃😡

First of all, that wasn’t even a frappé cup, it was a regular drink cup like for a Medium Coke. Second, they didn’t put whipped cream or caramel on it.

Every time I go to McDonald’s, I feel like they steal my money.

So I ordered the fillet fish meal medium the Coke and the fries were fine the fish had a small piece of cheese not a regular slice of cheese like half a slice of cheese I had already left the restaurant but if I'd been eating there I would have reported it ask for customer service that was so so she took my order and asked if I wanted to round up but the price didn't appear on the screen when I asked what the price was she told me that it was $8.30 I'm not going to round up 70 cents.. then she sounded annoyed because I said no do they get a commission on Roundup, I forget how much I hate this McDonald's

I have tried twice to pickup breakfast and the hours of operation state they open at 5am; however at 5:30am and 6:15am this location has no one working. I hope management can change the hours of operation to reflect an actual open restaurant that is ready to serve the public. During the actual open hours this location has great service and food.

Manager failed to put Monopoly pieces out for the game starting today per McDonald’s. This was something I was looking forward to and the manager failed to provide a plan to satisfy customers. Don’t go to this one today if you are looking to play Monopoly after a decade of waiting
