This McDonald's is hit or miss, and today was a miss... you got about a 50/50 shot Went to this location for 3 bags of ice this morning had me, pull ahead and took 15 minutes, came in the afternoon to get my daughter a happy meal paid for a 6 piece got a 4, didn't give the BBQ sauce and it took 15 min again for one happy meal

Everytime I dine in here it's like they forget my order or something because I have to wait 30+ minutes to even get my food and most of the time I have to get someone's attention at the counter, believe it or not I have to tell them my order again and wait even longer.

Every time. Every time I order from this McDonald’s, despite specifically ordering honey mustard for my kids chicken nuggets, they never put honey mustard in the bag. It’s always a crap shoot for them to put ketchup in the bag too. I’ll order 3 meals and maybe I’ll get 2 ketchup packets.
Don’t trust the ding dongs at this location to put the condiments you ordered in the bag. Always check your bag. And, if you send someone else to pick it up, be sure to exhort them to check the bag.

The McChicken is the only thing worth spending your points on, but frankly I don't like the McChicken. They should lower the Cheeseburger to 1000 points (down from 1500 points) so that it's on par with the McChicken in terms of points to dollars saved.

General Manager called the cops on me over a fountain drink that I filled in a Gatorade bottle and had me trespassed… AT A MCDONALDS LMFAO..
I would like to make this clear I ordered my food on the kiosk and it gives an option to dine in or take out. I pressed the dine in but at the end the kiosk was supposed to give me a receipt but never gave me one and the lady that served me had a stank attitude. Then said “I been calling your number” like excuse me what number?? Not my fault they don’t do their job correctly and put in the receipt for the kiosk and mind you I had been waiting for my food. I was nice enough too and even got up from my chair and asked if my order is ready and the guy told me NO. So like either do your job correctly and not have customers complain like I am now. Like why work there if you not happy at all.

I ordered a fish sandwich with cheese and when I opened the box there was only half of the cheese slice, I complained and they told me that is how the sandwich come and they refuse to make it right,this store doesn't deserve my business or anyone else's business
