I ordered a fish sandwich with cheese and when I opened the box there was only half of the cheese slice, I complained and they told me that is how the sandwich come and they refuse to make it right,this store doesn't deserve my business or anyone else's business

I eat here Thursday because it's on my route. The foods always good, the staff is accommodating, and the service is pretty quick for noontime rush. It's an actual very good McDonald's!

There couldn't be worse service. Twice the order arrived badly at the table. The tables went up and very bad attitude of the service staff. Without taking into account the waiting time. No salt on the fries and no ketchup to putting.

I have to leave at 6 am for work and 90 min drive most mornings. I asked if you could please have the food hot and this is the third time out of five times that the food has been cold and you know it’s been sitting there as the Mc griddle bread was tough. The hash brown was luke warm at best. I asked this morning if I could please have the food hot during the drive-through and they said yes. Of course it is not. And you cannot complain to corporate very easily as they no longer put the store number on the E receipt. Making a complaint to corporate is next to impossible.

I can't find any fast food restaurant ANYWHERE that doesn't have both five star AND one star reviews. I don't know what to believe anymore. All I know is - I stopped here at 9:45am on a Sunday - and the food was hot, fresh, and excellent. The line was long'ish and it took about 10 minutes to get my food - but everything was excellent.
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle, a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin (which turned out to be a McGriddle - but it was pretty darn good), and whenever I visit a McDonalds for the first time, I order a bacon, egg, and cheese Biscuit - just to see if it'll be any good.
Even the biscuit was fresh - which is crazy because that's hard to find. Of course, it wasn't anything like the biscuits of years ago - but at least it wasn't a hard sponge.
Generally, when these places are busy as F, the food is going to be good - and that was 100% the case here...

Typical lazy workers orders take forever. Rude and don’t even acknowledge you at the counter Top 10 worst mcdonald’s easily.
I'm pretty sure a McRib isn't supposed to come with hamburger buns lol. If your going to serve it like this, just say you don't have it since your unable to serve it the right way. What a waste of money. I'm not sure what happened to this establishment but I think it's time for new management. The kid at the drive through giving the food has a great personality so makes up for the rest of the garbage here.

After tonight I will never go back there. Fries where cold I got a m&m McFlurry they didn’t give me the m&m the chicken nuggets was dry and hard as a rock. That was a waste of our time never again will I come back.
