Drove all the way from WPB and although the sign says Open the door is locked and no one is inside. Awful customer service.

Visited late afternoon week of 8/20 & will definitely go back again: various flavors to choose from including tart original that I paired w/ swirl of chocolate + dulce de leche: perfect combination, very nice & helpful young man working. I actually felt refreshed on a hot August day.

Maybe I just get lucky, but some of these reviews don't accurately portray the store. (Or at least from my personal experience.) There is always a lot of options to choose from, plenty of seating, and the toppings are always decently filled. Customer service is not bad either. The reviews always make me nervous when I look to see if the store is open, but this menchies has not let me down yet, and I've been a regular for about a month.

One employee was handling 10 customers, most of the toppings were out and topping section was dirty, never seen such dirtiness at other places. Hopefully, I won't get sick. Price was reasonable compared to other frozen yogurt places. Won't return though.

This place sucks. They never refill their toppings and they have no seating. You are better off going to any other frozen yogurt place in the area

I had to stop going here with my kiddos cause the atmosphere completely changed. There are never any chairs (but there are still tables??) and the person up front usually acts like they don’t want to be here. Froyo is always fire but only come here if you want to grab and go, not sit & chill.

First time coming here today. It was extremely dirty. Only a couple of flavors to choose from. The counters, tables and chairs were filthy. The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned since the year of the flood.

This place would be better off closed, every time I go there is disappointing, the machines are never working, there’s little to no toppings available, the fruit looks at least 3 days old
Today only a few flavors were working surprisingly on my turn one more decided to stop working, and the only employee available said she wasn’t allowed to refill the machine, would never come back and wouldn’t recommend this location to ANYONE!

This location has gone downhill tremendously. We went in today 4/21/24 and there was a weird musky smell inside. The floor was sticky and filthy. The tables seemed like they weren’t cleaned either. They only had four flavors available and there was barely any toppings. There were crumbs all over the toppings section. The employee working here was just on his phone. It seems like this location needs better management and they need to be more on top of the teens they’re hiring. Overall I’m very disappointed in this place. We ended up eating in the car because we were disgusted by the condition of this location. We used to love coming here but after today’s visit we’re done.

Pretty clean but my ice cream tasted weird as hell same goes for the poor poor gummy worms. The one near my house is so much better. Also why do they not have marshmallows ????????
