NYPD II Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant

Teresa is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to in my life. Her customer service skills are terrible and I cannot believe she is a manager and that you allow this kind of behavior. Our food came cold and she advised us to “just reheat it” and that if we wanted a refund, we would need to return the food. Are you kidding me? What restaurant asks for that? She doesn’t deserve to work there as she is ruining your reputation.

The food came 1 hr late ,the food was extremely cold and the chicken was not cooked and raw. We have been coming here since the day that they opened and we are very disappointed and will not be returning to buy any food of any sort

I was in the mood for a pizza and this place was still open. Ordered a plain small cheese pizza. It was an ok pizza but it my option the crust was rather doughy, not how I like it. The taste was ok, unfortunately not a favorite.

Food was delicious! Gracie's and Philly Cheese Steak - would highly recommend!

Over an hour wait and got a burnt pizza I still tipped the driver.

I came in the restaurant on Friday night. My server,Vlora, took excellent care of me. My slice.
S were crispy and loaded with fresh vegetables and my salad was extremely fresh and delicious. I ate in the restaurant. Nice little italian place with great fresh food. Come in on a friday night and Vlora willtake excellent care of you! I could not believe how fresh my food was and was served pretty quickly for a busy friday night.

This place is really good I don’t know why people are hating on it.

We ordered from Nypd 2 and had it delivered. Delicious! We also had some hoagies and they were too. Highly recommend!

Has been the same for 15+ years the dough is the secret! Great pizza

We asked them to stop whistling. He kept doing it obnoxiously and was not accommodating. The food is good but they need a new staff or practice

3-4 times a week I visit this place to have dinner, that's how Great the whole experience is!

We only ever get delivery, so I can't review the atmosphere. The entrees are absolutely delicious and my elderly mother was THRILLED with her shrimp francese. We were celebrating over good news, and my mom was so happy with her meal. Thank you very much for that, NYPD II.

And thank you also for offering Slice for your deliveries. I will never use UberEATS or Doordash again after several very bad experiences (One involved a delivery person leaving a dinner order on the doorstep of an obviously empty condo and deciding to steal a package off of my doorstep 20 minutes after it was delivered. The company did not care and made that clear.)

AMy only gripe with NYPD II is that it often does take awhile to get our food simply because they are consistently very busy. Once it's ready, though, they bring it immediately. Everything is still hot, with fried foods still being crispy and delicious.

Excellent pizza. Best in the area in my opinion.

Quality and service has been out the window. Husband usually orders pizzas on Fridays/saturday and it has been awful. Will be going to other italian restaurants in the area that are much better quality.
