I was forced to edit my review after stopping by today to grab a quick slice and was not even acknowledged or greeted in any shape way or form by any of the staff members very disappointing I felt the need to let the boss man know

Nasty nasty staff that answers the phone placed an order on DoorDash and there was no way to make a comment about what sauce I wanted on my pasta when I called. The girl was extremely rude and hung up on me. Food can be hit or miss sometimes the pizza is overcooked sometimes it’s delicious but the staff and the customer service is terrible.

I placed an order for delivery two hours later, but the pizza came burned and very cold. I called the restaurant to let them know the lady who answered the phone kept saying we are swamped, never tried to fix the problem. I even asked to speak with the manager, but all she kept saying was that we are overwhelmed. Customer service is not professional, and they don't care about your concerns. I will never order from that place again.

Just had dinner with my family, Vlora was our server. She was the best, got everything to us on time, and food was absolutely delicious. Definitely would recommend to come to NYPD II. Best service!!

I’m from Chicago & lived in NYC, so I know what the best pizza taste like. NYPD2 is by far the best pizza I have ever had. Even reheating it tastes phenomenal.
The only reason I gave “Service” 3 stars is bc they use DoorDash. I typically pick it up but there are times we can’t. Multiple times with DoorDash I don’t get my pizza, wings & garlic bread for almost 2 hours. I wish they’d hire their own drivers to protect their product.
The food is 15/10. It’s amazing.

Amazing pizza always, they are consistently amazing. It is always fresh and prepared perfect, cooked great. Biggest perk, they have their own delivery drivers so you know the order is safe and comes when it is supposed to. The delivery guys are great, the staff at the restaurant is amazing. Thanks NYPD II!!

Ordered delivery, it was 40 minutes late. Asked for it to be handed off and the delivery guy left my food on a wet bench, ruining it.
They use Slice for delivery. I called the restaurant and they said to call Slice to get a refund, when I called Slice they had to call the restaurant back and the restaurant then said they can't do a refund, but they can give me 25% off.
Waited an extra 45 minutes, my food was ruined and they took my money. I live 7 minutes away too, not ordering from here again.
