They didnāt even ask me if my dog is a service dog, a saw a review stating they allow service dogs, but as soon as I opened the door I heard āsorry no dogs allowed, this is a food establishmentā so Iām taking my business elsewhere

The man who owns the shop turned me away because I had a 10lb wiener dog with me. I understand you donāt allow pets but I was just planning on taking a drink to go. Anyways my dog comes with me everywhere and Iāve never been treated that way. Considering his shop was empty Iām surprised he was so quick to turn away a paying customer.
Side note, Iāve had the boba tea before and itās pretty bland. Although itās conveniently located, itās not worth it for the sub par tea and rude business owner. I will happily be taking my business elsewhere

I've been coming to this place for years, despite the mediocre tea and the unpleasant, angry little man who runs it. Unfortunately, it use to be one of the few boba spots around, so I kept giving it a chance. Big mistake.
This morning, I stopped by to get my boba, only to be interrogated by the owner, who rudely accused me of leaving a bad review in the past. I told him I hadnāt, but he arrogantly insisted that I had, with zero proof to back it up. After leaving, I checked my Google account as I said I wouldāno negative reviewāuntil now.
Imagine turning away a paying customer based on some baseless assumption. Unbelievable. What a pathetic way to run a business.
Luckily, several new boba shops have opened in the area, and I no longer have to subject myself to stale, old-tasting boba and a sour-faced owner.

No line and fast service. They have smoothies, frappes, and more. There was alot to pick from and we ended up ordering banana mocha frappe, cake batter smoothie and an oreo one. The name for each one represents the taste exactly. Employees were really nice and have tried the drinks they sell which helped us pick what we wanted.
Overall, would recommend trying this place out as we will be going again to try more off their menu.

Diabolically disordered. The ladies were superb, they put the correct portions for my drink and I feel as if I have derived sufficient value from this investment to justify its cost. However, the owner of this establishment has proved to be extremely DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. The owner of this business is evidently unable to sufficiently administer authoritative management. He manipulates his employees behind the scenes and it quite franklyā¦ it left me uncomfortable. Therefore, I CAN NOT support an establishment that ABUSES its employees. QUITE absurd.

Autumn made my last visit so delightful! When I mentioned my sore throat she was so thoughtful and offered to add honey to my taro milk tea to soothe my throat. It's not easy finding great service but when you do, itās a must to praise it! Thank you Autumn :)
After 6 years of coming here, I moved out of state but still make sure to stop by my favorite boba tea place in the area when Iām back in town!
