Food is always good, but super expensive for fast casual. Staff is always friendly. What I am not thrilled with was how dirty the place is. Food and trash all over the dining room floors, in the booth crevices, stuff smeared onto the booth and walls, smells bad, etc. This place needs a deep clean and then better maintained. Not a pleasant environment to eat in.

I just wanna say on this day. I came in at 7:20 and asked for a water cup. Then I told her I was gonna get a drink a pop and I offered to pay for it but this young beautiful redheaded lady, so don’t worry about me so I just wanna say thank you so much and that she is an amazing employee.

For the second time in a row I came there around 4:00 in the afternoon for coffee it was lukewarm they tried to give me another one claiming it was fresh but it was empty. They wanted me to wait around another 10 minutes we decided not to ask for a money back got it and left

Alexis did an amazing job preparing my meal. Everything was fresh, perfectly made, and served with great attention to detail. The presentation was clean, and the flavors were spot on, just the way I like it. You could tell care went into every part of the order. Alexis really made the experience enjoyable, and it’s the kind of service that keeps me coming back.

This Panera has lost the plot. It's not hard. Keep the coffee stocked, and keep the assembly line moving. There's no heart here. Nobody seems to care. There are some longer term workers like John Corbett (Mike) and Amy Poehler who have adapted and go through the motions well, and all the young teens/early 20s who are enthusiastic because they don't know better. But the ones in the middle, like Deandre, hate their job or just hate people and it shows. If you go to Panera in 3 months, you won't see the same employees because they probably get fed up and quit. Don't blame the customers. There's an old saying: If everyone is an ahole, maybe it's you!

Holy cow on the pricing! The cashier messed up 4 of the 5 sandwich I ordered. Payton the shift supervisor had the nerve to tell me that he will fix my order "when he can get to it." Excuse me, what? I just paid $80 for food it's not my problem my ciabatta cheesecake was made on an onion bagel.
