These staff members don’t understand the meaning of customer service. The cashier doesn’t greet customers with a simple “hello” or “How are you” she just stares until your stares until you’re ready. The manager in the back her attitude is terrible because she caught an attitude based on a simple question of asking” how long will the food take”. Mind you it was a first time at this location. But the food is ok ! The employees just need to be trained on what customer service is!

SO YUMMY :) I’m happy they have a new location so close to my house I have wanted to try them for awhile now and I did not regret it! 10/10! I got the jerk chicken quesadilla, jerk chicken pasta, and Barbi fried chicken and it was DELICIOUS. Can’t wait to try other items in the menu!

I’ve been a customer of Pan Fridays in broward for years so I was happy to find this location in my area. The food is always delicious. Customer service is good with the exception of one girl, she seems young. She isn’t helpful when ordering & when my boyfriend showed up to pick up our lunch order he waited 5 minutes & she came from the back & said “yea?” No greeting & the restaurant was completely dead due to the time of day. Other than that, no complaints. One suggestion, if possible, it would be a nice option to make dishes spicier. I asked for a side of scotch bonnet & was told none are available. I definitely recommend this restaurant & location for a great meal.

The jerk chicken pasta is so delicious. When I want to treat myself, I get the shrimp included. Mixing it all up is just magic on my fork. I rave about this place to my friends and got my grandma an order recently. She could not stop talking about how it hit the spot. Thank you!!

One of the best Jamaican spots I've eaten at. It's takeout only fyi (no dining area). Ordered the Jerk chicken/pork combo with rice and peas as well as Barbi Chicken lunch special. Loved that they poured gravy over the rice and peas and everything was pretty much perfect from seasoning to the amount of sauce. Never had barbi chicken before it was so good my wife only left me one piece. Looking forward to trying the pastas next time and other items. Everything priced pretty good as well.
