I ordered online and opted to do pickup. I walked in and it was completely empty. I checked my food and it was all burnt and very dry looking. I ordered twomedium pizzas and one flat bread. I kindly asked the lady, I think her name was Rebecca or Margaret. Could the pizza be remade . I was told that all the cheese would look like that. Absolutely not true! I have ordered from that pizza hut more than once and never had a issue with my pizza before. I then asked for a refund and was told that she couldn't process until the following day. That I didn't understand at all. I was very upset so tried to call corporate while still in the store. I then get a notification that my refund was being processed after I was told I would have to wait. I felt that the lady had a attitude and just didn't want to do a refund or remake the order. Customer service was awful and I will not be purchasing from that location ever again. Location was for 2800 Congress in Palm Springs.

Love it every time I go in there it's a great place to go I always always order out but they always have my pizza the way I want it it's a great place
Looks abandoned no bodies clean the floors and tables, it was so dusty everywhere.The guy was so nice and take our order my nice ask if they have something special for a birthday girl. And he said no. But he bring our pizzas and drinks to the table and ask several times if we need sorthing alse.

I order 3 pizza. And after repeating myself over 3 time, because I couldnt under the order taker deep accent. I received 1 personal pan cheese only that was burnt. 1 medium meat lovers, that was fine. And 1 large stuff crust meat lovers, no sausages, no red sauce, add barbecue sauce. I got 1 large meat lovers, stuff crust, barbecue sauce, with extra sausages on half, and just cheese on the other half. The pizza box was soaked in grease. I been coming here for years and never have I ever been so disappointed in the quality of food, and the lack of service I received. It's giving under new management, and change is not always good. They have officially lost me as a customer.

Food: Stuffed crust lacks any flavor and is paper thin. Boneless wings are mostly batter and the ranch was left in the pizza box making it warm instead of being chilled.
