Just ordered a pizza and wings. Gave gift card number and then they hung up before I could give gate code. I called back and they said they didn’t have my number or order or address. They said I did not call that Pizza Hut. They charged my card the 32 plus dollars. I will not be eating here ever again. I filed a complaint. What a scam.
Our order arrived and was missing some items. When I called the number on the receipt I was told sorry our records go by phone numbers and we have no order from you.
That being the case I will be refuting the charge. Seriously. I’m holding the receipt, you charged me. But because you screwed up your phone number or just didn’t want to make good on what I paid for you treated me like an idiot on the phone.
I love the Pizza Hut app. I did not have to deal with a person ordered what I wanted and picked it up at the time that I wanted it. They had it ready. That's how I love to order pizza. I no longer have to deal with a person that might have had a bad day. Thank you Pizza Hut for the app.
