Drive thru ordering is a hassle, these people dont understand or hear well, order wrong often, they do not verify either.

Lack of management and oversight.

Witnessed the girl behind the counter there are two one that works register with the guy . Not her but the one who looks to be working.
She fanned herself with a plate and touched her face with the plate and then touched her lips then put plate down . Then served someone's food on that plate.
Quality control the girl that was serving food same one who fanned herself with plate . Gave me black beans with like 10 beans on it . It was liquid juice with no beans . I left hungry.
Did you here me I left hungry after dishing out the money for a meal . The quoter chicken was so small and crispy no juice had to drink after every bite.
Shame on you .
Shame on the manager on site .
Shame on district manager for hiring and having no over site.
And if the kid wearing the red shirt is a manager or assistant if he looked at the dinning room would see filth all over the floor tables and trays that where left on tables . Stop being every ones friend and do something.
I'm disgusted and hungry.

Ordered Tropichop with Curry Mustard sauce through drive thru. I only want their chicken with this sauce. If they don't have the sause, I would have ordered pork instead. When ordering, first, they said they didn't have it. Then, that they did. None was in the bag. Lack of consistency means I won't be going back.

I asked for a order of fried Yuca I got home and it wasn't in my bag. Thankyou for letting me know I shouldn't trust your workers. I pay too much for my order to be messed up. Check your cameras I'm sure they kept it for themselves to eat. Horrible service

Disgusted. Downloaded the app because I work at Home Depot next door and did not have lunch for the day. I ordered ahead of time at 2:15pm and made my order for pickup at 8:15pm. I arrive a minute early and my order was ready, but the bag was cold. Apparently my order has been sitting there for 6 hours!!!! The receipt was related on when the order came at 8:05 as well... If there was a manager on duty, they obviously allowed this to happen. I could get food poisoning so I'm choosing not to eat my meal. Note: I haven't eaten all day. Coming from someone who used to work in the food industry, this could have been an easy fix. It was only a wrap! I never want to order from this Pollo Tropical again... And I only did it for convenience. Thanks for stealing my money and my time. Hope this issue gets resolved instead of persisting.
