Walked in at 10:55 (they close at midnight) and somehow they were already “closed.” I asked for a whole chicken and was told they didn’t have any chicken at all — at Pollo Tropical. Kinda wild that the one thing you expect from a chicken place is the one thing they don’t have. The grills were already scrubbed clean like they couldn’t wait to clock out, even with more than an hour of business left. The cashier even tried to ask the manager if they’d make more, and the manager just said no and walked off like customers don’t matter. If you want chicken late at night, you’re better off at a gas station — at least they won’t run out of the main thing they sell.

I ordered a pork tropichop and received pork on a bed of lettuce. Fries were also missing. Tried to call and recording said link will be sent Never received link. I usually pick up and check everything before I leave the store but had surgery and needed delivery. Wow!!!! How do I take photos of missing items !

Last time we went here (two hours before closing), they'd run out of chicken. Today, we arrived to pick up an order we placed days ago (arriving thirty minutes after the committed time) and still had to wait for fifteen minutes. Kind of a mess over there.

I LEFT OUT OF STATE FOR 6 MONTHS TO COME BACK TO THIS THICK NASTY JAR SALSA TASTE LIKE CHUNKY SWEET KETCHUP WATER. 🤢🤢 BRING BACK FRESH SPANISH STYLE SALSA!! NOT THIS AMERICAN JAR FAKE STUFF!!! 😡👎🏼fresh salsa made the meal so much better. So disappointed. Stop cutting cost of things customers really enjoy i know other people will notice soon .

This place is horrible at night whoever is running the show should definitely pack it up I mean usually they say they are out of steak but went to night and was told they were out of chicken with over an hour left of business come on guys the place is named Pollo tropical how are you gonna tell people you’re out of chicken? I knew I should’ve went to the other location. What a waste of time.

This location was great u order a whole chicken family meal you get a whole chicken now, there giving 4 legs no breast and lately the chickens are Cornish Hens this location is hustling customers do they think paying customers are foolish running game on hard working paying customers this has happened 4 times I live right across the street I say no more Pollo Tropical boycott close down I'm upset $21.39 for a family meal with a Cornish Hens really game over

Horrible, missing 8 sauces (all of them). Full chicken family meal was dry and tough. Rolls were cold and stale, old. Brown rice was flavorless and stale. No sauces or anything on my tropichop and it was just bad. Black beans were a large amount of black water (2 inches?) before you could even get to the black beans. Inedible order, scandalous. I've given up on Pollo Tropical at this point, after their decline over the years. Never going back or ordering from again.
