I’ve never had a worse experience. First of all, every employee is beyond rude and nasty. On top of that I ordered a plain cheese quesadilla - they literally rolled cold cheese up in a tortilla and handed it over. Not warmed in the slightest. Then I ordered a tropichop bowl with sautéed onions. The onions were completely raw and not cut up at all they were in huge pieces. It cost me $30 (talk about overpriced) for terrible service and terrible food. Don’t waste your time or money.

**BEWARE - SAFETY CONCERN, no refunds available**
I placed my order through the drive through, and my cheesy yuca bites were accidentally handed to the customer in front of me. They returned it back to the window, and when I received the item, there were only 3 bites in the bag when there should be 5. Two issues:
1. Did the customer in front of me take some of my food? That is a safety concern.
2. I should be receiving my money back for the $4.99 I paid for this. Another customer likely touched it and the order was incomplete. I should have been asked to wait for a fresh order instead of giving me something another customer had their hands on. That is disgraceful.
I called the customer support number and they told me to fill out “an application” to get my money back. Also there is no way to write corporate.
This place is a scam and disgusting.

Got SCAMMED by pollo tropical. I asked for a large tropichop . And I asked to add double meat.. the menu says $2.80 and they charged me $4.99 .I asked them to fix that and they said they can refund me but I'm only getting the tropichop with regular meat .. BIGGEST SCAM EVER. I'm reporting to the FTC.

Don't bother using the mobile app. The last two times I have it's taken over 25 minutes to get my order even though the app says it only takes about 12 minutes. They make me keep circling. Managers are less than kind. I love Pollo tropical but it's not worth the headache. Time to find a new place to get my bowls.

What’s the point of ordering online, if when you get there, they give first priority to those that are making new orders in person? I get to the drive thru 20 mins of making my online order. They sent me to the front. Waiting in my car, another 20 mins until I got fed up and went inside…. Her excuse?? “I told you to come inside!” LIES! Why would I come inside if I wanted the convenience of the drive thru? Make that make sense… 40 MINUTES TOTAL I WAITED FOR MY ONLINE ORDER! She was so rude. I’m pretty sure it was the manager, too. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!
These people here can’t speak English at all they give you anything they want to give you just hire anybody
