Nice to find an authentic PR lunch place - well hidden, but worth the effort to find!

Diana and the boys at PR Bakery do an excellent job making authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. It reminds me of the little neighborhood restaurants that my grandparents used to take me to in PR when I was a kid. A little chaotic when it's busy, but always friendly with excellent food. Been going for years.

Small. Quaint. Totally unpretentious. 10/10 or in this case 5/5. It's your first time there and the place is continuously busy... you know it's gonna be good. The food was great. The alcapurrias and the carne frita and the desserts. I mean really a bakery and restaurant all in one. Winner winner.

The food here is authentic and delicious! The people are extremely friendly and inviting. I love getting some breakfast here and grabbing a couple guava and cheese pastries for later in the day.

A little piece of the island full of flavor, charm, new friends with salsa music softly playing in the background to bring it all together. The alcapurrias made with guineo (plantains) are long and delicous, flavorful. The tembleque (coconut pudding) is light and lovely. I also bought a toasted coconut dessert, that was very sweet with some crunch, felt like I was enjoying it under a coconut tree. So many more treats to try. Looking forward to going back.

Customer Service was great! I came from Boca Raton since there isn't really ant puertorican restaurant near me. From The arroz y gandules, chicharrones, to the alcapurria. everything was great. I will definitely be going back.
