Diana and the boys at PR Bakery do an excellent job making authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. It reminds me of the little neighborhood restaurants that my grandparents used to take me to in PR when I was a kid. A little chaotic when it's busy, but always friendly with excellent food. Been going for years.
Small. Quaint. Totally unpretentious. 10/10 or in this case 5/5. It's your first time there and the place is continuously busy... you know it's gonna be good. The food was great. The alcapurrias and the carne frita and the desserts. I mean really a bakery and restaurant all in one. Winner winner.
The food here is authentic and delicious! The people are extremely friendly and inviting. I love getting some breakfast here and grabbing a couple guava and cheese pastries for later in the day.
