I’ve had my eye on this dim sum spot in Lake Worth for a while. Coming from Los Angeles, where dim sum is an art form, I’ve learned to keep my expectations in check, especially in areas with a smaller Asian population. Initially, I hesitated to visit due to the low ratings, but I’m thrilled to report that this place exceeded my expectations!

There is not a lot of dim sum restaurants in the area. It's usually Real Wok or Singing Bamboo (I think there's one somewhere too). Overall, this one is my favorite. I don't know about the American Chinese food but I do really love the dim sum here at Real Wok. The service is usually very good for me. My favorite is the fried taro and shrimp plate. It's served with some Kewpie mayo and the crispy of the thin taro is amazing. I don't see this dish around...
