The cook who was there the day I went didn't evidently know what an over easy eggs was or simply didn't care.
An over easy eggs should have a runny yolk. The eggs was flipped entirely too long and the yolk was cooked through. so either the cook didn't know what he was doing or just didn't care to let my order arrive in that manner.
Eggs are an important thing to get right at a diner. They cook thousands of them.
