Rusty's Carib Cuisine

I loooove the oxtail dish from this food truck. They were at the MLK event this year in Boynton. The oxtail was so tasty and the meat was very tender, fall off the bone, and very flavorful. I would eat oxtail from this food truck everyday if I could!

Poor choice of music for a family friendly event at the Boynton Beach Pirate Fest

My wife and I went to the Boynton amphitheater for the monthly concert the city puts on for free. Of course there are food trucks, but then there was this food truck. Rusty’s had great pictures of their food on the decal of their food truck, and I love Caribbean food. We got 2 patties and a large j*** chicken w rice/peas and veggies. The j*** sauce was sweet and savory, meshing well with the medium spicy dry rub. The flavors were amazing without being too spicy or bland. The veggies were savory and not sweet cabbage, which I enjoy. Patties were spicy but exactly what we wanted and expected from them. We hop to see them at the local events and worth eating, whether you like Caribbean food or new to the cuisine.The daughter of the owner was outside and explaining all the meals and taking orders, it seemed it was her mother and father cooking and serving the food. A wonderful family business with charm and authentic food!!!

I was so very pleased with the food and gracious service. This was the first restaurant I stepped onto since mid-March. The j*** chicken was excellent, and it came with plenty of rice, beans, veggies and plantains. A small order was generous and the price was very reasonable. The family operators were kind, professional and friendly. The guys at Affordable Auto repair (great place!) reccomended Rustys, which is close within the same plaza. I'll be back!
