Just can't give strong praise to any FL Chinese place that I've tried. I guess they just don't have the disribution network for Asian ingredients that you find up North. Down here they use American button cap mushrooms. Haven't seen an Asian mushroom of any sort here. Nary a Bok Choy, either. And spicy? What they call spicy is barely a blip on the Scoville scale. The three times I've had Szechuan dishes the "heat" came from hot sauce, not Sichuan...
I can't really rate them as I haven't tried their food yet. After checking in the maps I went to this restaurant the other day to have lunch. It was quite late for lunch though. But maps said they were open so I took a chance and found out that the restaurant was closed. Later I found out that they are closed from 3 to 5 pm everyday. Which was not mentioned in the maps. I think they need to update their business hours for future customers.
I love everything they have here. It's a little hole in the wall place but down right best food ever. From the egg rolls to the rice to the proteins to the steak on the sticks(which is hard to find normally dry at any other place) but definitely top 2 favorite Chinese places to hit
