This place keeps going downhill. $17 for a dozen bagels?! I waited and waited at the counter while one woman was helping the man in front of me and the other was on her phone texting and scrolling, letting the line wait. Rude and lazy.

Love this place it has the best food and service.Ive been coming here for years and never once had a problem.As for the staff they are great but I must admit my favorite is Jenny.What a sweet and kind person always so polite. She is a big asset to Strathmore.

Came in for a pick order. There were 2 people ahead of me. Another lady and some dude she was helping that she new as they chatted and chatted. Myself and the other customer kept looking at the lady behind the counter like what is going on. He finally started ordering. I said to the other lady “ He hasn’t even ordered yet “. He turned around and said i know her and I can talk to her if I want and started cussing at me. I took my phone out to record his behavior to which he said he was calling the police. This was your workers fault. Next time she wants to have personal conversation do it on your coffee break or ask him to step aside take care pf the other customers and then go back to your personal conversation with your sons friend. I won’t be back !

Hands down one of our favorites. Service is always GREAT. Food is fantastic. Never had anything less than a stellar experience here. Always a win.
My son in law has an office not far from here and has been telling about them for months. Having been brought up in WPB and now living in Miami for many years I've been disappointed in the lack of decent delies to be found as they just have seemed to disappear e.g. the Rascal House, Wolfies, the Famous and others. So when visiting recently he took me to Strathmore. He ordered a Shlomo Garcia/Cuban, my grandson is named after my grandfather Shlomo and his father of Cuban heritage. We got a shared side of derma and I ordered a Ruben. Our waitress who was from NY and only been working there for 3 years was helpful and informative. When our food arrived, just the look itself made my mouth water with the thick pile of lean corned beef begging me to take a bite. The first bite brought my memory back to my younger days of great corned beef sandwiches. This sandwich was of course enhanced by the melted cheese and warm sourcrout. The Shlomo was full of an assortment of meats and worthy of its name. I will be back.

The manager couldn’t have been more disorganized and lazy, there was a 2 person line and I was in there for 30 minutes. 3 people took my order and “forgot” or didn’t tell the kitchen about my bacon egg and cheese. The manager watched the whole thing happen and when I asked for help continued to tell me to wait and sat on her phone in the corner. No wonder the owner wants to sell, terrible service.
