The food here is great but the service is PAINFULLY slow. I’m not sure how ordering take out I still have to wait in a 15 minute line for my food and once I’m at the counter when I said I had a takeout order the older lady just walked away and waited for someone else to check me out.

I’ve been coming here with my family for over 20 years and have always loved the food. Although my food was amazing today I can’t say the same for the service, especially at the deli counter. I felt like a total inconvenience. A customer who is about to drop $30 on a container of pastries should not be treated that way.

I like to eat early in AM and Glory, Lisa and all the Server are the Best. Steve/soup chef has good soups like chicken pot pie, mushroom barley and chicken noodle and masa ball soup is to die for, the Best. Nice deli and bakery with good service Begals galore! Today I went to grab few bagels and again they were understaffed and extremely slow. I watched the help make several mistakes and after 15 minutes I had to walk out. Went to Hypoluxo and Jog and had great service and bagels. Please get it together, enough already. Even spoke to nice woman at register and explained service was terrible

This place keeps going downhill. $17 for a dozen bagels?! I waited and waited at the counter while one woman was helping the man in front of me and the other was on her phone texting and scrolling, letting the line wait. Rude and lazy.

Love this place it has the best food and service.Ive been coming here for years and never once had a problem.As for the staff they are great but I must admit my favorite is Jenny.What a sweet and kind person always so polite. She is a big asset to Strathmore.

Came in for a pick order. There were 2 people ahead of me. Another lady and some dude she was helping that she new as they chatted and chatted. Myself and the other customer kept looking at the lady behind the counter like what is going on. He finally started ordering. I said to the other lady “ He hasn’t even ordered yet “. He turned around and said i know her and I can talk to her if I want and started cussing at me. I took my phone out to record his behavior to which he said he was calling the police. This was your workers fault. Next time she wants to have personal conversation do it on your coffee break or ask him to step aside take care pf the other customers and then go back to your personal conversation with your sons friend. I won’t be back !
