We had family in town, kids wanted a sub from Subway, this was a terrible mistake, out of 5 sandwiches not one was good, two meatball subs that almost no marinara sauce, meat balls were the size of nickels (look below), could have sliced off half of the bread (length wise) and had a dry butt sub. Totally never going back, be hard pressed to go into a Subway at all!

My advice is to still avoid this place. It might be the worst sandwich joint in Lake Worth. During my most recent experience I had to wait for my order as Angel, the person making the sandwich was working at a pace where I'd have to wait 20 minutes for him to complete the order. When I asked if he could hurry up the order he began to curse at me.
This place is a total disaster when the daytime staff are gone. On a recent visit, the counter person was more interested in socializing with his buddy than actually completing my order. What getallost in all of this incompetence is the awful management responsible for running the place. There is no supervision, no quality control and no one taking any responsibility for product outcomes that are just awful.

I ordered to go and the bread looks old, it didn't taste like anything and the amount of chicken it had is an injustice, I don't recommend it, I've bought it in other locations and it's better not to go to this one

There's a reason for such a low google rating. Constantly missing items and incorrect orders. Phone number for store never answers. Management obviously doesnt care because this has been happening for a while. I'd advise going or ordering from literally anywhere else.

The lady that made my sub , not only had the worst attitude once I walked in , asked me to wait so I did with no problem , told me something and I wasn’t paying attention then in front of other customers said “did you hear what I said?” I said excuse me ? She said next time you order that much toppings get a salad I have trouble fitting in that much stuff in a sub and slid the order over to me … the wrong order ! So I got all that attitude for nothing my sub was ready behind her all she said once she realized is my bad , so embarrassing to me in front of others the reason I left without saying anything is I was on my lunch hour I had no time to tell her management if there even was anyone else besides her , older female with bangs

I went there last night and the guy that was working said they were already closed at 9:40 pm. He was on the phone and smoking. Once I said but you guys close at 10 he goes I already put everything up at 9:30. Maybe you guys should change the store hours so people don’t waste their time going that way if employees don’t want to work during business hours and still there getting their hourly pay.

This.place is a scam, owners are liars. Ordered a footlong dipper on the app, clearly said footlong on the app, picked it up and was gi en a 6 inch. Guy working tried to tell me it's $3 for each half. Called a couple other stores they told me it's $3 for a footlong

It had been a long time since I’ve been to Subway because of their deteriorating quality in the past. I thought I would give them a try today and was just as disappointed. A couple of thin slices of tasteless roast beef, thick bread, and cookies with what little taste they had, included all of the other cookies in the bin. I’m done with Subway forever.

Only knock down on the service because the actually give priority to people coming in over online order. So the estimate time for online order is never correct.

Nope dont go here. Just lazy. I go to subway pretty often. My sub didnt even have half the meat that was supposed to be on the sub. They over charged me too! And i tipped them! Beware! Just got to chic fil in the same plaza youll be better off.

I ordered take out w/ app. Steak and cheese. Added salt and pepper through the app. I get home to eat it and it had so much salt and pepper on it that i couldnt eat it. Who ever made the sub must have zero understanding of what maight ruin it.
