Ordered online because I needed to pick up in a rush. Pickup time was 12:40. I arrived at 1:05 and they'd just started working on it.
Then I noticed that one of the subs in progress was wrong. I pointed it out and the person said they'd start over. I said I don't have time, and asked for a refund. The person just shook their head so I left. Now I have to get my $38 back.
The person behind the counter was a nervous looking kid, who looked like a very young high schooler. I asked if there was someone else who could help and the kid said they were working alone. Even if that's legal, it's terrible!
If I could. I would put NO stars. Worst service ever waited a hour for an online order. 2 people behind the counter with only 1 working. Girl behind counter was extremely snobby and could not read the slip to make the correct sandwich. The bread got toasted and I corrected her to let her know I didn’t want it toasted she got very sarcastic.
The girl walked away after that and laughed and the young man came and finish making the sandwich. She said she was the owners daughter.
They didnt have tuna subs and no sour cream and onion chips .

I like the cleanliness and professionalism of the workers at this location. My recent experience with Angelo was another example of the good service I expect from here.

A friend and I had just received our food and sat down at the only available booth there was, when suddenly a man sitting behind me turns around to loudly say “Really? Are you going to really put all your stuff on my layouts!??” We then responded that we were very sorry, and that we had not seen the papers there when we sat down, because they were pushed off all the way towards one end of the table. The man stands up to collect his papers, and says “Get your things off before you ruin them!” While apologizing once more, I then ask him if he worked there. He replies with “I’m the owner.” So I say to him, “You could have told us you were using this table.” He gets angry, and states “Well, I thought it was pretty obvious.” I told him “Well, I thought it was obvious that managers knew how to treat people.” The man responds “I do, I’ve been doing it for 10 years.” I said “So what’s your name, so I can tell everyone about how "great" your customer service is." The man says “Jack.”
After finishing our food, I felt bad for the guy, who although owned a business, seemed to be pretty damn miserable, so I decided to give him a chance of redemption, by saying before I left “I know that you're sorry. Please have a nice day.” Which he then responded “I’m not sorry at all.”
Jack, all those years and you still don't have an office? Maybe if you get one, it'll be more obvious that your papers would be on it.
Have a nice life Jack! You sure your name isn't short for something your mother never told you? lmfao

I'd give this place a miss. The bread was completely stale, 100%. I ordered two subs. The first one had bread that wasn't fresh, but it was still somewhat edible. That should've been a warning sign. However, when I attempted to eat the second one the next day, the bread literally crumbled in my hands. I won't be returning here. Good luck if you decide to try it.

Asked for a cup of ice water and was told they were out of water cups. When I asked for a regular cup I was told he would have to pay for it. Pay for ice water? Five minutes later both employees were helping themselves to a drink from the cups they wanted to sell me. Bad customer service.

Nobody is ever up front or anywhere to be seen
Just an average Subway with their original NYC subway map wallpaper.

Took 25 minutes for two simple sandwiches and no ice and all carbonated drinks were hot and flat. Also the fridge with bottled drinks had limited options.

Decided to try the new churros and pretzels so I made an online order. I arrived just at the estimated ready time and the worker hadn't even started my order. There was one person online and took 10 minutes just to make him his sandwich. Then the worker finally said we they were out of pretzels and I had to call customer service if I wanted a refund. I decided it wasn't worth it so I asked for a substitute and she gave an extra churro (which was $1 less than the pretzel, but I was fine and didn't feel like it was worth the hassle of a 30 minute phone call to customer service). Finally she puts the churros in the oven for a couple minutes and gives me them in the parchment paper (no bag). I was over the whole inconvenience, and figured I'd feel better after taking a bite of a churro. I took a bite (it was kinda cold still, not even room temperature) and was greeted with the disgusting sensation of a stale stiff churro. Tasted like sand seasoned with a little cinnamon and no sugar. Beware of bad service at this location and do not order the Churro!
(Also assuming the pretzel would be as dry and stale as the Churro)
