Strong language barrier, no employees understand English. Refused to give me items that I paid for and argued about it, until someone in the back said just give it to them. Why do you need to argue about giving me items that I paid for? Does this business even have management? Do they understand English? You can do better.

I placed an Uber Eats order from this Taco Bell with an ETA of 6 PM. Not only was the order late, but the packets of sauce I specifically requested were never added to my bag. How hard is it to throw in a few sauce packets? It’s literally part of the order.
I’m not sure if the workers here are lazy, careless, or just couldn’t care less — but clearly, nobody’s paying attention. I only order sauce to mask the flavor of the already questionable “Taco Smell” food, but even that small request was ignored.
This time, I ordered for my kids and decided to add a burrito for myself to make lunch easier. Big mistake. The food was bland, thrown together without effort, and somehow managed to taste worse than usual.
If this is the level of quality and care Taco Bell thinks is acceptable, they should be embarrassed. Save yourself the disappointment and spend your money somewhere that actually values customers — and can remember a packet of sauce.

Slow service every time, they only take care of drive thru and make everyone who is physically in the building wait an eternity. Save the wait and go by the drive thru every time here

do not try the new nuggets. Literally taste like rubber. no flavor or anything. And your workers should learn to say ‘ JALAPEÑOS honey mustard ‘ NOT ‘ honey mustard ‘ sauce was disgusting.
Elizabeth the manager was so nice, didn't give me a problem from my wrong food 4 days ago, she is a sweet heart, we need more people like Elizabeth, no one keeps their receipt but is I use my credit card i could show them, but we paid cash at all fast food for lunch, again my point is She was very Professional, understanding and a sweet heart, thank you Elizabeth ♡♡♡ We go to Taco Bell every other day , she was again awesome,
I waited 12 minutes for 2 freezes while I watched them pump out orders through the drive-thru. They were paying no attention to anyone in the lobby and avoided eye contact. When someone finally asked what my order was they continued to do other drive-thru orders.
