I waited 12 minutes for 2 freezes while I watched them pump out orders through the drive-thru. They were paying no attention to anyone in the lobby and avoided eye contact. When someone finally asked what my order was they continued to do other drive-thru orders.
Cold food & HAIR in food , only refunded partially instead of rectifying the complete situation. Disgusting 0/10 don’t come here not clean.

There's a specific reason this store runs smoothly late at night. I've been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks between 10 and 12. Yvinz is an outstanding employee, friendly and is very customer focused. Hats off to this gentleman and Taco Bell should be pretty proud of his performance. Great person

All that I wanted on my one day off was a taco bell pizza and I was charged 47$, this night. I don't understand, my baby cried for 1 hour driving home and I called saying I have the wrong order and they told me to drive it back. With a 2 year old. This place is so bad, I can't imaging treating some one like this. Now: update I tried calling back and expressing my review, because they charged me a crazy amount, and they realized they are wrong and shut the phone off

Shout out to the night crew. They’re always fairly busy, if not slammed. The way they process orders and keep the line moving is outstanding. You have to have a great team to work that effectively. This should not go unrecognized.

My taco was all broken in pieces. As I was eating my cantina chicken taco I found a worm in it, totally disgusting, I wish I can post pictures I will not eating Taco Bell ever in my life again.
