Im 100% mexican. This food at all the locations of Tacos El Carbon, has ZERO flavor. No 2 carbon's has the exact same cooking style. Pathetic food, and the flavor comes out of a can ! Disgusting, and they should be ashamed to call it Mexican food !

I just got some of the worst tacos I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 carne asada tacos and was given cold, flavorless, and just disgusting food. The chips I got were stale, the queso and salsa are literally flavorless. Not one single employee had a uniform on or hairnet. The place was dirty tables weren’t being bussed, and the drinks were in dirty barrels. This establishment would definitely not pass an inspection, please do not waste your time or money here :(

This place used to be my go to for tacos after my classes with but I personally felt the quality control has been noticeably inconsistent as of recent years with my steak tacos having a dry yet burnt texture on them or just tough to chew through in general so the taste just kinda came out disappointing . The service and atmosphere was never anything special so there isn't anything I could add that was exemplary or negative. I just wish this place did better because it let me down too many times.

The staff were so welcoming! The best tacos I have ever had by far. Came in to place an order. 5-10 mins later it came out so fresh. 10/10, would definitely come back again!
My go-to! Small nothing fancy but good food! Staff is friendly and food is always prepared to order! Cannot beat the Wed. $1 tacos! It it's not worth cooking! We get plenty and they never disappoint.

I went in the location on Congress. I haven't been in years and was excited to have a veggie burrito. Place the order inside 2mins later it came out. Got to my hotel and started to eat it smell and tasted rotten.call spoke with a employer with an attitude to explain she keep hanging up and later didn't answr.call next morning to speak to the manager she lied like she was going to refund me never heard back.I will never return. Sometimes places has to realize sometime their food not good to be good but instead loss a customer forever.
