Outrageous prices told the waitress Arizona budget for 2 people. Breakfast was $35 That's is insane.

The backs to the booth move a lot when someone is sitting to your backside. A little annoying.

My uncle and I have been in Florida long enough to visit this restaurant a few times. I have to say, this place is great for breakfast. The food is always hot and delicious. It also comes out fast. The coffee is fantastic, and that's not including all the flavored beans they have. Service is great. Always attentive and with a smile. If you haven't had the chance yet, I'd recommend going here.

⏰️ although bustling on a saturday morning ~11am we were seated right away, good mix of tables and booths for plenty of seating for smaller or large groups.⭐️ the atmosphere is small-town diner, quaint and comfortable. The waitress was attentive and came by several times to check on us although busy. They have an expansive menu with something for everyone!?Pictured is the Rocky Mountain eggs benedict on an English muffin. It was still very good but I've also definitely had better benedicts> the English muffin was VERY thin (which maybe is a plus for some people!) and I did end up adding some salt and pepper to it even with the hollandaise sauce. They accidentally forgot the mushrooms and tomatoes for the top but so did I! They did bring the other toppings out separately for me when they realized.? typical for a breakfast stop if not even a bit more budget-friendly for some still good food, the Benedict was ~$13? I was glad we tried this breakfast stop, I'm not sure if I would go out of my way to go again but for a laid-back diner experience it was nice.

Sorry but the food is terrible, customer service is lacking. I ordered to go for me and my family, it was my first time ordering from here and the young lady who took my order over the phone was very patient with me as I decided on what we would get. That's where the customer service and experience died. When we got there I waited for about 5 minutes before anyone came to greet me, then finally a waitress asked if I had been helped, I told her no and she walked over behind the cashiers station. She pulls out a Square terminal, places it next to a couple bags and leaves it there, while walking away...literally without saying anything. So I put two and two together and assumed she wanted me to pay and those were my bags. I paid my bill and checked the bags, no utensils, no napkins, no ketchup or salt and pepper. So I walked to the back where the kitchen area is and asked for those items. Someone in the back retrieved them and I went on my way. As soon as we got home to open everything up? I was extremely disappointed, the extra bacon I ordered was either undercooked to the point I wasn't sure if it was safe to eat, or completely burned like inedible burned...The eggs were watery and faux eggs, not real cracked open eggs, hashbrowns were undercooked, cold to the touch (we live 2 minutes away) and extremely salty, toast was hard as a rock and overtoasted..it was just a disaster. I nearly threw up trying to eat these things.. I will never visit this small business again, they need a complete overhaul.

Wasn't sure but the past two times I have been there (over the past year) I noticed changes and today I asked and I found out the place is under new ownership. The menu has changed... The complete service staff that we all got to know and love (the heart of the business) is gone... Prices went up and I do understand that given the state of the todays economy but to get an egg sandwich and ADD a piece of ham it's ridiculous that it's $3.99 (in addition to the cost of the sandwich) to add one piece of ham.... I'm not sure whether the new owner(s) cleaned house and got rid of all the staff but if you did, that was a BIG MISTAKE . They were the business especially Maria. And if you would just keep a register and paper and pen and not go high tech in a small diner type restaurant that would help with keep the prices down. There's no need to have electronic order and paying devices it's not an Apple Store. Bad choice. All the times I have been going there for the past 5/6 years the restaurant was 95% full (sometimes we would have to even wait because it was full). Today when we walked in there was a table of four ladies that were just leaving and then the entire time we were eating it was just my friend and I. As we left two older guys walked in and all four of us joked on "having reservations". I think whomever purchased this once staple in the community made a very bad mistake by the changes they made. Good luck trying to turn this place around it's going to be tough. I always took friends from out of town for a good breakfast but I don't think I'll be doing that anymore. PS The food was not the best tasting either. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT...

Loved this gem! Clean establishment with quick seating, and plenty of it! Seat yourself too! Great prices with more than enough food for portion, will be back for sure! Keep up the great work!

Cheesecake with strawberries The French toast was excellent. I enjoyed how the French toast was flavored with cheesecake. The sausage had nice flavor. The eggs arrived with cheddar rather than American, as I had requested, but they were still scrambled to my liking. Although our server was still kind enough, her level of attentiveness had decreased. There were also delays in our service. She repeatedly forgot basic requests, like straws, and one person's request for hot tea, as if she was overwhelmed by the size of the gathering. The reviews were positive and we were on our way. a little let down.

Seated quickly. The hostesses/waitress was harried. Nice menu and food reasonably priced. Had a Cobb salad. Looked nice though a bit old. With tasting it it definitely was old. It was dry and would have returned it but was short on time.
