If you order for take out, please double check your order. We ordered several sandwiches and one was not in the bag. Instead, they put in a muffin. I called and asked for a manager. A lady said she was, but barely spoke English. This is a PSA for those who choose to still go here. Not the 1st time getting orders wrong.

The bagels here are fresh and really tasty — no complaints about the quality of the food. However, the customer service could definitely use improvement. I had a disappointing experience when I ordered a hot honey breakfast bagel that barely had any honey on it. When I politely pointed it out, the staff member told me I’d have to pay an extra dollar for more — even though the sandwich clearly didn’t have the honey it was supposed to come with. That felt unreasonable and left a bad impression. Great bagels, but I hope they work on how they handle customer concerns.

What a great experience! The food was great, as always. But this was my first visit to this location. Friendliest staff ever! They are awesome! And the food came out perfect and very fast. Great location!

AWFUL wait times. Better to go to the many sit down places in Wellington. 45 minutes for a buttered bagel is bullshit

ehh, there’s better bagel places around. online ordering sucks- it’s outdated & you can’t order over the phone. bagel was actually small & dry. eggs tasted microwave. staff isn’t really friendly either. positive note- place was busy

Ordered a bacon and scrambled egg sandwich on a roll, no cheese.

It arrived with cheese.

Redone without cheese.

The eggs looked like they were microwaved.

The bacon tasted like burnt grease.

The ‘hard roll’ was more like a hamburger bun.

Disappointing.

Absolutely terrible service nobody is wearing gloves workers are just wondering around and the workers are very rude people waiting over 45 minutes for food. Do not recommend

I’m disappointed every time I visit this location. I ordered online and put in the message please don’t make the coffee and not only did they make it, they didn’t put any of the ingredients I selected they just filled it with black coffee. They also switched out a drink I bought without telling me, making me walk back in to fix it since the bag was stapled and I was told it was inside so I didn’t check to make sure what was inside was correct. The employees seem annoyed you want the correct drink for $6 and are never friendly. Food is good IF they get it right but that’s also whatever they decide to make that day rather than what you order.

I’ve been buying bagels at the Lake Worth location for 7 years. For the past few months the bagels are not great. They are consistently over baked. They are too skinny and the biggest problem is the size of the bagel. The hole is too big. It’s near impossible to make a proper sandwich when all the ingredients fall out the middle.

This place is awesome I love it it’s my go to spot

After coming to this place many times over the years, the time has come to go elsewhere. The food is very mediocre and extremely overpriced. Aside from the fact that they want to charge $20 for a bagel with lox, the people that work here are extremely unfriendly! The worst part is they still expect a tip. In addition, they now do not take phone orders for pick up. Furthermore, the orders are always wrong. I would not recommend anyone spend their hard earned money here. Go elsewhere.

Always something screwed up with my order. I don’t understand how Brooklyn Water Bagels cannot fill a take out order of bagels and cream cheeses and screw it up every single time! We order every weekend religiously and there’s items ALWAYS missing. How does someone filling these orders forget cream cheese? And it’s always the tub of veggie cream cheese that’s missing! I’m done with this location.

So bad this dumb woman forgot to put my muffin on the bag so after I saw I went to ask for my muffin I arrived home and my muffin was WRONG I ASKED chocolate muffin not white muffin ! 0 stars !
