Tried to order online through app and got the ever spinning wheel. Called, was put on hold. Drove to the store as it was on our way…still on hold. Placed a take out order and let them know we were on hold. Came back 20 minutes later…still on hold. No one to take orders/pickups when we arrived. Only one waiting for food and no one to talk to, no one to ask about food…still on hold. Total time to order/pickup an hour…discussed the hold situation…left the store…still on hold. App completed order after we left. What happened to this place?

There was a young gentleman and young lady working. They gentlemen working the register had exceptional customer service and provided a great experience. Didn’t get his name but overall great job!

Good food and great staff at this location.

The food was cold.
Chips were sparse. It was basically remnants of all the broken chips from the end of the bag.
People were nice, didn't listen when we asked for hot temperature ground beef, not the cold meat we got.
Won't be back unless I see a better review in a few months

Great chain, horrible store.

Ordered delivery. The bowl was missing the jalapeño and the sour cream. The burrito was raw and cold, not grilled and crispy like it’s supposed to be. It also literally had 3 small cubes of chicken in the entire burrito, all three in one spot. Did not get the extra sour cream we were charged for. We also didn’t get either side of hot sauce we requested with our entrees, which is arguably the whole point to this place. Terrible quality for $20 entrees. Laughable. Looks like we just need to get used to paying more and more money for worsening quality.

The customer service was by far the best I have had anywhere in a long time. The entire staff was very thoughtful, patient, and helpful. Everything was done with a smile. I will be back!

Sad to see a dying chain let it continue to die.
Ordered 3 soft tacos mega style which means extra meat and cheese. Came out as hard shell, I nicely said I ordered soft, and the girl running food was very disgruntled to take the food back. After 15 minutes watching everyone eat for the 3 tacos to be made in the empty restaurant, I got these tacos, and when asked if it was mega, she said yes and walked away.
It also was not a taco Tuesday for cheaper tacos and each taco is an additional 1.99 to have the extra meat

Friendly employees but horrible service. I waited 30+ minutes for a to-go order. They also messed up my entire order, it was the complete opposite of what I asked for. Different beans and rice that I asked for. No veggies on the burrito. Only thing they got right was the protein. Then they said they will include the sauce in the bag and not to worry about getting anything from the sauce bar. There was no sauces in the to-go bag. I ended up not eating my order and wasted about an hour of my time.

Come for the food... stay for the sauces. Good variey of food and good prices.

If Taco Bell actually cared. Holy hell, I praise this place to the moon and back. Pretty spicy stuff, but that's just me.

I love Tijuana Flats. We go here around 1-2x a month. This particular location is always busy. I feel like they could use more staff or support as I know they are trying their best but it can be hectic sometimes. Also, bring a little jacket as it gets cold inside.
