I came to the store order food the employees uniforms dirty , they are talking on the phone over your food from the front person who is taking your order, to the person making your foods . Very dirty store

I went in for the flip flops free drink from 2pm-7pm that was happening with a happy smile on my face. I wore sandals that were also flip flops because i don’t own any actual flip flops so i found the closest thing which looked identical to flip flops. I went up the employee and i let her know i was here for the free drink and she looked over the counter at my feet and said i wasn’t wearing flip flops so i wasn’t able to get my drink. I got irritated but was understanding and just bought the drink myself. After, a regular came in also wearing sandals but the employee gave her the free drink due to her being a regular which rubbed me off the wrong way and made me furious. There should be no favoritism, either strictly enforce the no sandals or give everyone wearing sandals the free drink. This place sucks and the employee is unfair.

My wife and I had met some friends here for a late light dinner and smoothie. Definitely a great spot to spend an hour or two with a very minimal traffic, like no one one was in there around 7pm. Could be due to going there an hour before they closed. Food was great and so was the new Dragon fruit bowl! Only a few tables inside. If you like atmosphere vibes to hang out, this is not that type of outing l. If you want to get something tasty and just chit chat for an hour, this is the place to go!!

So corporate offered a free 12 oz. smoothie. This location decided not to honor it unless you were wearing flip flops. That however is not in the fine print, so that's called a bait and switch. You cannot offer a free item and then change the terms when someone arrives to get the product. That's illegal in Florida and is called bait and switch. They put up a stink about me calling them out and they gave me the free smoothie anyways. It's not my fault your company decided to offer a free smoothie. It's like the manager at this location is mad everyone is getting what they were promised by corporate lol. Be mad at corporate for the coupon, not the customers.

Nick and Gerald are the best employees hands down, made the best smoothies I have ever gotten.

The food and smoothies are amazing! There’s a girl Deandra who is super sweet, recommended a smoothie that was delicious and provided top tier customer service. Overall a wonderful experience visiting this location!
