I had a coupon to redeem for a free smoothie and decided to come here on a whim. As much as I like the healthy options they have, I'm not a fan of their prices since they tend to be more than reasonable. I guess it's ok to have for an once in a while treat.The cranberry truffle smoothie is so good! It has strawberries, cranberries, white chocolate, and non-fat yogurt. The combination of the fruits went so well with the yogurt and chocolate. It must be good if it only comes out once a year ;) The chicken bacon flatbread was delicious as well.The quick service was a breeze, The staff made the ordering process easy and everything came out within a few minutes after the order was placed. It was a to-go and the flatbread was still fresh and warm after I got home. It's never a bad time to get a smoothie fix!

they probably won't stay in business too long with this kind of customer service. Bought 3 smoothies, a salad and 3 sandwiches. I paid for extra protein in one of them was given mediocre sandwiches did not taste fresh. My daughter refused to eat the sandwich. My son ate only half of his and mine is in the trash. I contacted them to let them know the issue with the order and that I've ordered the sandwiches in the past and it was good in the past and that something was off at this location with quality. I received a letter stating that they were going to give me a $10 gift card, instead of refunding, a part of my order. But that was a lie, because the envelope is empty. The sad thing is that I was going to a tropical smoothie 2 to 3 times every week because. I get a smoothie for breakfast and I usually have the wrap for lunch. Well I can tell you what, they won't get another dime from me. The fact that they did that is even more reason not to go to their store they can't even fix a mistake when you tell them that they made one, they should've issued a refund, even partial would've been better on the customer that just spent about $70. Thank goodness there are other options out there from other competitors. I guess I'll be switching it up to açaí bowls and smoothies from another place that I've been dying to try.

We walked around 9:10, and to my surprise they were already closed. Well I was pleasantly surprised when Donovan said he would take our order anyway. In a time where we are experiencing “quiet quitting” (employees doing bare minimum) this gentleman went above and beyond to make my night. Great work ethic and a Wonderful job! I will be returning! Thank you!!!
My smoothie is delicious. I love coming to tropical smoothie café for the flavors and for the food. I walked in a few minutes after they closed and a kind gentleman named Donovan was able to get my order in anyway. I appreciate his work ethic wanting to help out a good client. ?

Total junk! The amount of sugar in their smoothies is shocking, check the facts online! It's multiple days worth of sugar and it's disguised as a "health" food. Stay away and make your own smoothies at home!

I had the pineapple smoothie there, and it tasted like a mashed pineapple. The only thing is that their edible straws tasted like candy. The smoothie was healthy, but the straw was not. My 9 year old approves of review
