Let me begin by saying that I was looking forward to dining at your establishment because I’ve heard good things, and I noticed the variety of food options looked promising.
However, I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. When I arrived, the staff did not seem very welcoming. I asked a staff member if a specific type of breakfast was still being served, and she confirmed that it was. I proceeded to place a fairly large breakfast order, which included two plates of steak with French fries and eggs, two steak and egg sandwiches, and a plate of French fries with croquettes for my child.
I was the second person to arrive at the location, but after waiting 15 minutes, several other customers who arrived after me were served before me. It wasn’t until about 25 minutes later that my order finally came out. When I checked the order, I noticed one of the steak and fries plates was missing. I explained this to the staff member, and she insisted that I only ordered one. I had to correct her and let her know that I specifically ordered two, at which point she apologized.
I spoke to the owner and explained that I felt overlooked and that my order had not been prioritized, despite arriving earlier than other customers. I also found the pricing confusing. According to the menu, the breakfast items I ordered were listed at $11.99 and $10.99, but the total came out to $52. I was then told that an additional $3 was charged for eggs, which was not mentioned anywhere on the menu. This felt misleading and unfair as a customer, especially when pricing is a factor in deciding what to order.
Overall, the service was disappointing and the pricing was unclear. I don’t feel like I received the value or treatment I expected, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this location to others based on my experience.

The very best everything! Authentic yummy food, great staff and the creamiest coffee! Don't go anywhere else!
I've been eating here for years. The Cuban bread, cafecito, and pastries are a must. The food is good as well.
Poor service
The best carne and pollo empanadas ever! And their sauce that comes with it is just special!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I love ❤️ the ladies, the owner, their espresso, their ham and cheese croissant and their ribs.
I can't say enough great things about these people.
