Just had the worst experience at this store. Doing the job at self checkout. Kathy comes over because the machine is spitting out the cash even though it is supposed to accept cash.
She rubs the $20 bill and says, well it's real. I was so taken back and insulted. Then she suspended the transaction to pay at a different register.
Nick, then cancelled the transaction and said everything would have to get rescanned. When I asked and was annoyed, she walked away and said "I'm not dealing with you". This was heard by another customer and told to the person my contact info was left with.
Why would everything need to be rescanned? The machines watch each and every item being scanned. And, low and behold, the totals matched to the penny.
Looks like I'll be driving to a further Walmart to shop, as Buckley was unavailable, not that anyone actually checked when I asked.
They tried to tell me some lady was the store manager. But I flat out told them that she's not Buckley.
That's when they said he was on a conference call and unavailable.
I certainly hope to get a call back.
As Kathy, should never deal with customers. And Nick should be taught what suspending a transaction is for.

Just witnessed an employee screaming at an elderly gentleman (along with his wife) in the parking lot. " F*ck you!" "F*cking little b*tch!" You should be proud to have employees like that representing your store (sarcasm).

After a complaint, Mgr Michelle told me she would have used her head, implying I hadn’t. Not only was this rudely insulting, she said it in front of three front end girls one of whom (no name tag but said her name was Kay) felt empowered enough to say loudly “I agree with Michelle, he should have used his head.” Is an acceptable way to talk to customers at this store?

There were no carts inside when asked about them several of us were told to go get one in the parking lot our selves. The whole experience with the exception of the pharmacy was rude and unpleasant.

I was at the Quest location at this store today. I had an appointment at 10:15 am. But they didn't get to me until 11:00 am. Now I know that times are trying, but I made my appointment May 28th. There were so many people there that you couldn't hear if your name was being called. The Walmart store clerk yell at people to back up so that her customers could get out. Really these people waiting for hours to have their blood drawn would have made way with a simple excuse me. But let say this my phlebotomist was awesome, some times the have trouble finding a vein and it can hurt when they are searching but she was fabulous, I wish I got her name. But Walmart and Quest how about doing a better job of conducting business, I just think organization of patients for their appointments or non-appointments could be better done.

bought a fried chicken box today - totally overcooked & tasteless breading - after trying a few pieces, threw it in the garbage- your so called cooks suck - most people let it go , but not me - only come there mostly for paper goods - toilet paper, paper plates, paper towel, and so on - made a one time mistake- get my food at the fresh market or Publix-
