Good food but the company has been extremely petty this year. All i want is a side of mayo but the last 5 times ive gone, different places, all say the same thing, oh, we dont have mayo. Yet half their sandwiches come with it. This is stupid, your losing a customer over mayo. They are super cheap with sauces but somehow they cant ever give me the correct ones even if i do pay for them.

25 minutes to get my order. Floors were sticky. No straws or napkins in dining area. No ice in soda machine. No sense of urgency by staff. Yeah, go to a different location for your next meal.

Fire your late night worker. She acts like it’s closed at 12am when it closes at 2am! Didn’t take my order and saw her at the window! I had to door dash my food it get it!

Im a clinic in the same plaza we offer our business owners free chiropractic services to managers and staff. But also being a veteran i asked if they honored a discount... and without even looking up the manager rudely said no!!! So I printed it up and handed it to them. And didn't even get an apology. The state college is across the street and our 1st responders and police officers train there.
I never get what I order something is always wrong for example I ask for extra Lettuce and tomato and add mustard on and chicken sandwich I get 1 little piece of Lettuce and 1 tomato amd no mustard,it happens all the time I don't know if they need help reading the tickets or what?

They don’t listen to how you want your food, asked for no mayo but got my sandwich FULL of mayo, like they purposely added more! Called the restaurant to complain to the manager, the manager would not come to the phone! Very bad service, if you want to pay for your food being wrong, this is the place to go! Never again!

I came here on 4/30 & this is some of the best Wendy’s I’ve had in a long time. The crew is amazing and all of the food was fresh!
