Read your damn tickets if it comes with bacon please put it on the sandwiches then when i called no one's available to answer the phone now i gotta come all the way back bc i was charged for bacon that never made it to the sandwiches and the sandwich looked like slop not the first time so now it happened again i had to report it

Went to this location Spoke with a gentleman by the name of christian He was very rude and unprofessional.At his work , he said that he was the manager Of that location and the way that he handled his Was so unprofessional not only that , I got my food and it was like if it was Taken out of. The refrigerator I will never visit this location.I hope corporate or upper management does something about this because the way this business is handled is very unprofessional, and I will never go back! It's unbelievable how these people run this establishment.

Worst drive through service. Everyone is just standing around, no one answered at the call box, and the order was wrong. Issues in parking lot bc drive thru is small. Not going to this location again.

Amazing how the cashier worker looks in bag, don't see a missing fry, what type of training??? When we asked for all combos to be in separate bags ... why is that a problem? When we give the cashier the order, why does she ask 3+ times, is that we want??? There's a water leak on your pick up counter ... the worker says, yes, Ai kno?????? Things you CAN NOT MAKE UP!! RIDICULOUS!!

I ordered an original chicken sandwich and an unsweet tea. I was given a combo and did not want a combo, french fries or want to pay the combo price. I ended up getting the ghost pepper chicken sandwich which was edible because it was so spicy. How frustrating!
Very unapproachable tellers at the drive through window. Making smirks when you have to ask for ketchup and napkins when all they gave you is one napkin and no ketchup for 5 chicken nugget, Bacon cheeseburger and a medium fry. When originally I had nicely asked for ten ketchup packets and no BBQ. Which the bbq sauce is what costs Wendy’s money giving out free, so you would think they’d be happy I just like ketchup. She still only gave me 3 packs. I politely asked again. Received 3 more. No extra napkins and her just staring at my dog making expressions on her face. I love Wendy’s, but the customer service at this location sucks. I’ve worked food and Bev my whole life. Just not right. Then she didn’t even give me my receipt when I’m using a gift card. Had to walk back to window to ask for one. And I get eyes rolled at me and two teenager Wendy’s employees giggling at me.

My girlfriend ordered a 5 biggie bag hers wasn’t a problem. But my double stack meat was dried out and my fries and bread was old very stale. Im a shift leader at burgerfi at rosemary. Thought it would be better very disappointed
