Came around 1 in the morning in drive thru with a mobile order and the staff purposefully ignored me because they began cleaning early despite closing at 3am. Load of BS. I get it, its late and you're working in fast food. But you don't get to ignore customers just because you don't like your job.

I understand people are working at fast food and some people are not happy working there, but at least Greek everyone say hello and when you’re handing the food be pleasant about it because I have a experience where somebody was included the catch up at me and I never make a complaint, but this is my first time. I was not satisfied with the service.

Whenever you use drive thru, ALWAYS double check your bag because they almost always forget to put an item you paid for in the bag. How hard can it be to put the item you ordered in the bag. When you tell them you’re missing an item, they look at you like it’s your fault. It’s always the closing shift that messes up.

Ordered kids meals and my child found big pieces of rubber in their jr frosty.I tried to be nice and call and warn them, so they can make sure a child doesn’t choke. So dangerous.
