This Wendy's is the absolute worst service every time I go thru the drive thru. The older Haitian lady taking orders is rude every single time. She actually yells at you!! I tried ordering a #4 breakfast, i had to repeat it 3 times, then she keeps asking if I want the meal!! She can't understand English and has a hateful attitude. We won't go to this particular Wendy's knowing she still works there which is unfortunate because it's close to home and was our go to, especially for breakfast. I can't understand how management contributes to let this happen. 😫 terrible customer service

Stop manipulating the drive through timer by asking customers to pull up a few feet, just to back back up.So it looks like we haven't been sitting in the drive through as long as we have. This happens at multiple Wendy's and it's been happening for years. To corporate, It looks like you give fast service when you actually give extremely slow service.

Just waited 15min in the drive thru for 1 baked potato. They told me to move forward and they served 10 people. I got upset walked in and then they gave me my bag that was just sitting on the counter.

This location is the most unprofessional place. I went to get a baconeater and said no ketchup and instead they gave me a cheese burger with pickles and tomatoes. And I’m allergic to pickles. I told them about my allergies. I spent 45$ for everything. And the girl in the drive thru was very mean. I even asked if this was my baconeater with no ketchup and she said she’s sure. This isn’t the first time this has happened, this is why I’m writing a review.

The people who served me at this place today October 22, 2025 at 4:28 PM. A young man with glasses and a black woman treated me very badly, I told the man that I wanted six pieces of Chicken Nuggets, not spicy and when I told him that I had said not spicy, he started telling me that I did, I had said spicy and the other woman snatched the bag from my hand and told me that she was going to change it in a very bad way, I only accepted the six regular pieces of Chicken Nuggets and I left and as I was walking away the man yelled something offending me.
I think they should be given a reprimand, suspended from work for a week, for the disrespect they both show. It all happened so fast I can't remember their names, but the man is white with glasses, and the women are black. At that time I gave today, Wednesday, October 22, at 4:28 p.m., I suppose the supervisor or manager knows who these two people are and takes strict measures against them because the lack of respect is too much.

The staff is amazing always offering New deals and promotions the place is always clean and the food is always fresh the manager is amazing the Haitian guy in the Drive-Thru is very fast and quick on his feet they have an amazing team and every time I go inside the front counter lady is always there very polite and nice she is so amazing always accurate with my order and offering ketchup and barbecue sauce in is a plus I recommend this Wendy's and thank them for their services
