The Wendy's on Forest Hill and jog road is indeed one of the worst I've ever experienced. I have made several complaints about one particular worker who indeed is ripping off. The store and you as a customer when you order a 5 bigge bag & didn't order a large accommodate. They charge you for a or a large when you didn't even ask. I've called corporate and complain. Ed, I've told the manager and complained, but apparently stupid. People make an extra money from the store. Are the ones left and all the way to the bank beware? At the Forest hill & jog and for a sale, they will rip you off.

Unpleasant employees, horrible soda machine, terrible food, they should change all the staff.
The employee are so rude and unprofessional. I simply ask for some sauce and they literally only gave me one like seriously I send like 40 dollars and only one sauce wow .

I always dread coming to this wendys. The staff is NOT FRIENDLY at all. Even if I say Hi , please or thank you, they never answer or smile . Plain rude, seems like they are over life. But now to top it off today I ordered a salad only to find out there is a Bug in my salad. I spent the next 20 minutes vomiting of how disgusted I got by it. Hoping i don’t get sick from it. Unacceptable! Only to go back to Wendy’s and for your rude employees to not even say a “sorry about that” not even a word just looked at me and gave me 8 dollars back.
