I had ordered at the River Bridge location on the app previously. Every time I placed an order and pre paid that location didn't complete my orders properly. It happened again as they gave me 3 ketchup when I ordered 10 and no sauce for my nuggets when I ordered BBQ and ranch. Just check your bag when you do mobile order at Greenacres area Wendy's as I have had them mess up my orders and forget items

I waited in line for fifteen minutes before being able to place my order. After five minutes, no one spoke, so the man asked me twice if I wanted one 4/4 or two 4/4. I responded that I wanted one and requested for ranch.I reach a window after ten more minutes and see that I've been charged for two lunches. I barely get four dollars back from the person. When I ask for the remainder, he gives me a strange look and acts as though I'm the issue.What is the current state of customer service?

Awful service. All attention concentrated on Drive Thru customers. Dining In customers left waiting. Cashier did not even speak English nor did she know how to ring up simple items. Half my food was cold upon receiving. Sad to see a brand like Wendy's give such poor service.

Seems like everytime we go through the drive thru, it isnt very pleasant. Customer service is a 1 out of 5, no welcoming to the restaurant, and there is never “have a good day” or “thank you”. Also doesnt help that the order is wrong 7 times out of 10…. Need some training on customer service, and attention to detail, which should always be priorities when working drive thru….

Horrible!!!! Very unprofessional no cup holder for 2 large drinks fries half were raw and cold other half overcooked. No straws, receipt,salt ,napkins had to ask twice. Very rude and bad attitude when asked for the second time! You can keep Wendy’s quality of food and service down the drain!!!! Jog rd Greenacres Fl. Horrible pass this place up
