Ordered honey butter chicken biscuit meal. The chicken had the texture of a microwaved frozen chicken patty, the biscuit was hard as a rock. The potato wedges were completely flat, like the thickness of scalloped potatoes with the texture of trying to chew cardboard. I ordered a black iced coffee and the cashier argued with me that I either had to get one of the sugar laden iced coffee drinks or if I wanted no sugar I had to get hot coffee. The entire meal was completely inedible and disgusting.

I never right reviews for fast food but tyler and his ci workers were super busy and still patiently took my order and let me know an honest wait time. I appreciate them and the amount of courtesy they showed me.
There is an old lady as manager sometimes, she is so rude always. She is loud and I have never had a good experience with her. There are other employees like the blonde guy or a Mexican lady that are so nice always, maybe should consider them as managers because the old lady is not friendly

I ordered on the app. It said they're open at 6:30. We drove up at 6:55 the computer voice said they're closed. So we waited in the parking lot until 7:05. Went back around. No answer. I had to cancel my app order. We drove by the window. 3 people just standing at the registers. So I guess they don't want to answer the drive thru. At least say something to the customers.

To make matters worse, the manager seemed to be absent; there was no one around to address my concerns or offer any assistance. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I won't be coming back to this location anytime soon.
