One of the workers took a bite out of my sandwich for no reason I open the wrapping and see a bite taken out! This is outrageous and it sucks because I drove all the way home before opening it.

I recently visited this Wendy's location and it was a disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow, and when I finally received my order, the food was cold and unappetizing. The fries were soggy, and the burger was barely warm, with the patty overcooked and dry. To make matters worse, the manager seemed to be absent; there was no one around to address my concerns or offer any assistance. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I won't be coming back to this location anytime soon.

They will ask you to pull forward to wait for your meal to cook, while serving 6-7 other customers behind you with no issue. I only ordered a single chicken sandwich, how could they prepare 6-7 meals of whatever else before it was done?
For last two trips to that Wendy's location, system isn't scanned qr codes right or new employees doesn't know what they are doing after their training. Food still good but Services for New Employees needs more Training to make customers happy.
What a terrible service from the get go. Paid for food for 6 people, 3 people got their order wrong, forgot to give me the drinks! No milk and toy in the kids meal! Terrible terrible woman that took my order! Screaming to everybody, just not worth it!
