Terrible Wendy’s they don’t even have breakfast to serve I went by there just this morning and I always get wrong food

Lunch the manager was wiping her nose as she was serving the food I made mention of it and she took the food back and told me to leave I wouldn't recommend anyone go there if you do watch the manager

Ordered through the mobile app and when I went to go pick up my food the manager who said his name was Junior was very rude and unprofessional he looked miserable like being there was the last place he wants to be! I told him I have a mobile order and I thought he said he has it so I asked okay so are we good and got no response so I drove to the window and he is standing there staring at me like he was bothered so I stared back and he said I told you I don’t have your order and I said I thought u said u had it so I pull up my Wendy’s app that said order is ready and to drive up and he tells me I’m at the wrong location which I knew was not true so I pull up the directions and tell him GPS is telling me it’s here and he said I already told you I don’t have your order then starts talking in another language with someone else and tells me I need to drive down the Block so a woman comes to the window and I explained to her what’s going on and in less than two minutes she found my order and told me I was at the right location. He did not even apologize to me. He just looked and shrugged his shoulders so I asked to speak to a manager and was told he is the manager, and I told him he was very rude and unprofessional from the time I drove up to the drive-through and he continued to just try and go back-and-forth with me instead of listening to me and giving me the common courtesy of at least an Apology!!!

I never in my life had the worst service. Funny thing it was the manager helping me. Very disappointed in the service and attitude from him was crazy. Never will I ever go back there and I’m sure if come across “Junior” you will feel the same.

The service at this location usually sucks. Today June 4th 1:30pm I just wanted a spicy chicken sandwich. Not even a meal just the sandwich. I ordered at the drive thru the person repeated my order and I asked how much is the total. The lady said ok 1 moment and then preceeded to serve the people at the window. I know this because her mic was still on and could hear what was being said. She took the money and gave the food to 2 cars. I then asked again how much but was ignored as she continued to serve the people at the window. I don't understand why I couldn't get my total so that I could pull up.
When I got to the window to pay the girl with the brown hair with the stank attitude told me $8 dollars so I handed her my card & paid. Then she hands me a Sprite when I ordered a lemonade. I let her know nicely, “Hey I actually got a lemonade.” She gets a attitude and takes the drink back. I can hear her talking to her other Coworker saying that she rung me up for a biggie meal instead. She didn’t even tell me what was going on. I paid for the wrong order and she didn’t even care… then I asked her if I can get a lemonade…she says “ Wow, you’re really needy today” Then talks to her coworker, saying that I never asked for a lemonade?? Just know that I will be coming back, And if I get the same attitude from that little girl again, there will be an issue.

I usually don't have issues with this location, but recently it's gotten bad, today I have stale buns, hard dry nuggets, and floppy french fries that taste like fish, I will be avoiding this location from now on. Update! They can't even put the right sauce in the bag anymore!!!! Hurray!!!!!!!!!
