When I got to the window to pay the girl with the brown hair with the stank attitude told me $8 dollars so I handed her my card & paid. Then she hands me a Sprite when I ordered a lemonade. I let her know nicely, “Hey I actually got a lemonade.” She gets a attitude and takes the drink back. I can hear her talking to her other Coworker saying that she rung me up for a biggie meal instead. She didn’t even tell me what was going on. I paid for the wrong order and she didn’t even care… then I asked her if I can get a lemonade…she says “ Wow, you’re really needy today” Then talks to her coworker, saying that I never asked for a lemonade?? Just know that I will be coming back, And if I get the same attitude from that little girl again, there will be an issue.

I usually don't have issues with this location, but recently it's gotten bad, today I have stale buns, hard dry nuggets, and floppy french fries that taste like fish, I will be avoiding this location from now on. Update! They can't even put the right sauce in the bag anymore!!!! Hurray!!!!!!!!!

I'm leaving a honest review Normally I love Wendy's, however this one not so much! The smell of grease is so prominent, strong, that you can't smell the delicious food! Now Wendy's is famous for they're "where's the beef" so my question is well where was my beef!? I've ate at this one many times and this is my first not so great visit! Wish I could say something positive by not today! Better up your game Wendy's!

Paid extra to have bacon on 3 biggie bag bacon double stacks I ordered, no bacon and then one of the chicken nuggets sets that was supposed to come with the order ended up being spicy chicken nuggets (which I didn't order). I enjoy eating Wendy's but this particular location is not doing a very good job of providing correct orders.

This has to be one of the worst Wendy's in West Wellington beware they are not trained to serve to the public there's still undergoing training as there's no Management training them beware.
