Paid extra to have bacon on 3 biggie bag bacon double stacks I ordered, no bacon and then one of the chicken nuggets sets that was supposed to come with the order ended up being spicy chicken nuggets (which I didn't order). I enjoy eating Wendy's but this particular location is not doing a very good job of providing correct orders.

After all these years, Wendy's burgers still taste like real hamburger meat. Unlike other burger joints, I can understand why the slogan back in the day had said about other burger joints. WHERE'S THE BEEF. When it comes to burger taste Wendy's still has the beef.

Disappointing outing. Son of Baconator combo for lunch. Food came promptly, but was only warm. Barely warm. Fries were warmer than the sandwich, which I wolfed down before they got cold. Both the floor in front of the main counter and in the men's washroom was very sticky, causing me to think about the maintenance in the kitchen. This location is "one and done" for me.
I came in the drive thru this morning and ordered 1 meal. After I paid she asked me to pull over to the side for my food, SEVEN MINUTES LATER and NO OTHER CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME my food is still not out. Absolutely ridiculous, I will never come here

The absolute worst fast food place I’ve ever been to. The manager was yelling at the poor girl who was working the drive through register for messing up an order. To the point where she looked like she was going to cry. Meanwhile the people in the back got my order completely wrong, which wasn’t her fault to begin with. If I order certain things certain ways, I expect to actually get the food. Not be charged for something and it not even be put in my bag. It’s a poor example of management for the way the manager and other employees were ganging up and plain out embarrassing the cashier right in front of customers. If there was an issue, it should’ve been taken care of in private away from customers an other employees. Also, when I called to speak with the manager regarding these issues I was hung up on. Once again showing poor customer service which is clearly a reflection of the manager on shift.
