I saw a review of Yen's Kitchen (Vietnamese) today - so we went tonight. We met Mahn (as in hey Mahn) who is the owner/partner with his sister. He helped us with the menu and suggested a crepe. It was amazing but the crunch made it spectacular. We also had Pho with meatballs and chicken. The broth base had great fat content. You could taste how long the bones simmered in the broth. This is by far one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the county. Hands down. Their Wonton Dumpling Soup on Tuesday's is delicious. Bun Bo Hue on Saturdays is the best around. Egg Stir Fry Noodles have a delightful sauce. And the Banh Mi is best eaten fresh. We drive across town to eat here when we have the hankering.

This is the coolest little spot, awesome ambiance and authentic unique food! I love how they show allergens clearly on their menu, and the gluten free home made pho noodles are to die for.
