The cashier who took my order was the only good thing about this Arby’s. The wrap I got was hard on some parts, had two pieces of rotten lettuce and it wasn’t even cut. I wouldn’t waste my money here again, will go to subway up the road next time I’m craving a wrap.

Let me say 1st, I absolutely love Arby's! I was a unit trainer at the Winter Haven location years ago. The food was delicious as always but the service was HORRIBLE and by a manager at that!! She was so rude! She would be fired if she was a manager at my restaurant!! She has NO customer service skills at all!! We had substitutions with what we ordered and she was very short and rude. Definitely will not be back to this location!

The food was perfectly cooked, fries nice and crispy, roast beef to perfection. The young lady tonight at the drive thru was extremely nice and helpful.
