Let me say 1st, I absolutely love Arby's! I was a unit trainer at the Winter Haven location years ago. The food was delicious as always but the service was HORRIBLE and by a manager at that!! She was so rude! She would be fired if she was a manager at my restaurant!! She has NO customer service skills at all!! We had substitutions with what we ordered and she was very short and rude. Definitely will not be back to this location!
The food was perfectly cooked, fries nice and crispy, roast beef to perfection. The young lady tonight at the drive thru was extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely go back again!Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking as well as handicapped access to entrance, and handicap accessible bathroom as well.
