The food was amazing, the crispy rice sushi burrito is an absolute must. All the sushi I tried had a great variety of sweetness, spices, and savory fish that was absolutely fresh. The Crab Rangoons were great as well, they came with a nice citrusy sweet sauce that I used in pretty much everything. They did mess up and gave me the wrong item but their customer service was superb and were happy to fix the issue. I would recommend and gladly come back again.

Overall, decent. The sushi burrito was something new to try and it was good but need more sauce to dip it in, which left it dry. It took 20 minutes to make though which is a long time. If you do go, get the poke bowl. You get wayyy more food compared to the sushi burrito.

Overall Bad experience, First off the price, for 6 Gyozas it was over 8 dollars, and then they want you to tip them at least 22%, then after waiting 30 minutes for something that took them 2 minutes to make, you only get 5/6 of the Gyozas that you order. There are other places out there that are better right down the road and they can save you a few dollars. Only Pro: The atmosphere.
I order the big bowl with 2 protein but I couldn't taste anything but rice and sauce very disappointing I couldn't even tell what was chicken or what was shrimp.

22 minutes for a to go order of Gyoza should be bad enough but when I came to pick it up, it was left out in the open unsealed in box.

For the last 3 times I have been here with my partner, this restaurant have forgotten ingredients in our orders. The ingredients were additional add-ons either, just what they list in their menu. And the times we do order additional items for an extra cost, they have forgotten it all together. I love the quality, but the service is questionable as there are times that the establishment is not too busy and they still do not get the order right. If the ingredients are low or not available, it should be told upfront before it is charge. Or they should at least have the courtesy to let us know an ingredient is out of stock.

I have celiac disease so trying to find food is difficult. The staff at Zukku this evening went above and beyond to make sure I’d be safe eating. The staff was super helpful, especially Mikayla and Amanda. They took the time to go through the allergen books and make sure I’d be safe. Thank you for being so helpful and hospitable.
