My friend and I came in within the hustle of bustle, no phones on hand, and immediately he picked up the tablet and checked on us without complaint, steady sharing smiles. I gave a shout out to him, and ten minutes later I heard it echoed four times over! Proof is in the pudding

Ordered a salad for delivery. No dressing was included. I also ordered a side of fries with buffalo sauce. No buffalo sauce was included. So now i’m left with dry salad and dry fries.
I used to work at chick fil a in TX. We would NEVER let someone get food without sauce!! Or their dressing for a SALAD!! Who wants a dry a%]# salad??

Kid-friendliness: Kids and adults a like enjoy eating here. Very friendly and accommodating service. Some locarions have a play area for kids to cut loose giving parents the luxury of relaxing and getting orders together. Order number for 018135 The young lady taking the order was great. The lady packaging the orders was not so. She give us the two bags of additives for the salad. I had asked for four packages of ketchup when ordering and received one. She completed the order because it was in red before I received my meal. It was disappointing to receive this service from a great organization. I guess she needs some more training.
