I'm not local to the area, but if I was, I'd be in trouble because this delicious spot would be a weekly stop! A year or two ago, I visited the mall after visiting the Florida Air Museum. It was my first time going to this restaurant and have nothing but amazing feedback had the oxtail with peas and rice and cabbage and a piece of cornbread and let me tell you the oxtail was tender juicy and had good flavor. The peas and rice was fluffy, and also had a good flavor. The cabbage was smoky and spicy and best thing was the huge piece of cornbread buttery and sweet and full of flavor. Definitely will be coming back and the customer service was great.
Food tastes great and they serve heavy handed. The oxtail was great, the only thing missing was the beans. I guess thats the american way of making it. Over my family and I are satisfied.
