Never had a problem with Chick-fil-A food it's wonderful however the customer service in there is horrible when I walked in to get my food one time I gave my name to four different people they gave out every order out but mine and when I finally asked them again for my order they ended up telling me after waiting for 12 minutes that my order was already picked up. Mind you guys it was a 30 piece nuggets.

I always loved going to chick fil a because I love there chicken sandwiches ? ? and the waffle fries ? ? ? and they are a Christian company group I think because they are always closed on Sunday but I am a Christian too so I understand that is the day that God made so you should spend it with him in his house praying ? and talking to him!

No place for employees to take your order. You have to sit at a table and wait 20 mins for them to come around and take your order.They don't cook fries until 1030am so you can't do any nuggets combo. You can't order Hash browns with any nuggets meal. Makes no sense.

When you search in for halal restaurants on Google maps, these restaurants come up. But if you go and ask the staff, they have never heard of halal or Muslims. They have no idea that there are other religions in the world, or even countries other than America. Why do these restaurants come up among halal restaurants?

I’m extremely disappointed in the actions of this restaurant. I ordered a meal from here. It got delivered to someone else. And to top it all off, they said they’re not going to refund my money. So, basically what I’m saying is order delivery from this restaurant at your own risk because they definitely don’t take responsibility for their actions.
