Church's Texas Chicken is a popular spot despite some setbacks. The staff can be rude, possibly due to the lack of A/C and flies inside. Specials may not always be available, but the 8 piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes and honey frosted biscuits is a hit. While service may be slow, the chicken is worth the drive. The 3 piece chicken can be a bit dry, but the biscuits and jalapeno sauce add flavor. The fries are just okay. Overall, it's not bad, but some improvements could be made.
