I waited for almost 30 minutes for a chocolate dipped cone and a caramel shake. I am not sure what they were doing behind the counter but I sat there waiting after I ordered and sat down patiently waiting. The shop was not crowded! I had a couple in front of us and they received their order in good timing. One of the workers walked past us sitting there with no ice cream or anything and did not acknowledge it until we went up to the counter and asked about our order. One has to wonder why are we sitting there at a clean table with no ice cream or anything. We also watched while the drive thru was moving. These are things that make you sit there and say "Hmmm"

Wasn’t acknowledged by the cashier until after waiting 10 minutes, and then there were multiple employees sitting on the counters in the back room failing to do any work. After waiting we were asked what would we like, we stated our order and the employee left us for about 5 mins and came back and proceeded to ask us again what we wanted as if he didn’t take down our order. I highly recommend Andy’s next door, they have much better service and treat your with respect

I walked up to the front to order and waited 5 minutes for the shift manager to stop counting money then someone finally acknowledged us. The shift manager walks to the back and I can see her sitting on the countertop, pretty unprofessional and unsanitary. First time at this location, and I was pretty unsatisfied. Honestly, next time I am going to Andy’s next door because this location obviously has bad management and customer service.

Went to the drive-through and ordered s’mores blizzards. We have gotten this flavor before and this time it tasted completely different. Went back through and let them know it did not taste like It did before and the girl argues that it should taste the same and then told me they ran out of the s’mores pieces. I let her know that it did not taste the same, but they still continue to argue why they put more chocolate chunks in it and that it should taste the same. I gave up and let her know We would just be throwing them out and going somewhere else if they weren’t going to make it right. I hope Andy’s puts them out of business. Terrible customer service. No

Very disappointed. Sat in line 20 minutes. Employees had been outside taking orders so they were very aware of the line. Finally pulled up to place my arder at exactly 10:00 to be told "We are closed." I asked about the line and was told a second time "we are closed". The employees are rude. Will NOT go back and would absolutely not recommend going. Only reason I give it 1 star is because no stars isn't an option.
