Ice cream is great when there is someone to sell you some atleast. 99.95% of their operating hours it's just for looks; no one is ever behind the counter every time I come. Sucks

Probably some of the worst service I've ever received. The lady working there was rude and incredibly disrespectful when I asked her simple questions. She also proceeded to roll her eyes at me and give me attitude over nothing. She was also on her phone while working. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The service lady is hardly ever there! Went 3Xs in two weeks, literally waited over an hour and no one ever came- yet the icecreams unlocked and there’s always a sign saying “receiving shipment”. When the lady is actually there she’s super rude and snotty. She snatched my sons ice cream from his hand when he went to grab his and said “I need to see your ID” after she already has my card in hand. As if I’d run off with ice cream and leave my debit card. She was sooo nasty.

I used to be happy with the services here but lately it's been severely lacking. I can never speak to anyone important about my problems with them as I'm sure that they could be addressed and fixed so I'm sure they don't care.

I love dippin dots and make consistent trips here about twice a week. There have been several times when no one is even there, I've waited 30+ minutes for someone to finally show up. Three times now I have shown up 30 minutes before closing time and they've told me they are closed, even with the hours posted right there at the station. It's very frustrating when I drive out of my way for something with more than enough time before closing and I get turned away because she wants to go home. I can deal with the rudeness of the employees or if this was just one occurence, but this is ridiculous.

Associate was really rude and wouldn't even talk to us. Had his headphones in and just seemed annoyed my family and I wanted ice cream. Will not be going back.

I stood there for 10 minutes waiting on this girl to come back she came back didn't even enter her little box she was on her phone with her hand on the door then she turned and walked away the other direction didn't even look up.
