If you’re looking for a donut with frosting. You won’t find it here. They throw 1/2 dozen donuts in a paper bag and ruin them. When brought to their attention they said “ok”.

If you want your coffee correct do not come here. I ordered my coffee dairy- free but the drive thru person Deanna gave me the wrong drink. I could tell by the white coloring that the coffee had dairy in it. I asked nicely for it to be remade. She proceeded to yell at me. She then handed me a new drink that was basically white in color. I exited the drive-thru and entered the store. I asked the customer service Diana to please remake the drink politely. She proceeded to make the drink correctly. No apology.

Loved the girls Bri and… i forgot the girl with blonde curls’ name😭 They were so sweet and the drinks we got were delicious. Will be coming here more often, didn’t expect such amazing service and kind workers. As a fast food manager myself, i like to see people with that attitude.

This Dunkin’ is great with coffee but everyone has such bad attitudes and they get mad when you hand them a $20.

Ordered 4 wraps, 3 bacon and cheese, 1 sausage. Everything was microwave hot, the cheese was thick and clumpy, not strings like it should be, very dry and the entire wrap was so hot, not a normal out the pan hot. I ate it because I paid for it, but it wasn't good at all.

I need the phone number to corporate, the way the employees treated me after I complained about the wait time was unacceptable. They called me everything except the child of God. I called the cops and now I want to call their Corporate.
Absolute terrible service and wait times at this location. Then they pull you up to a second window and forget about you. Then they come back and ask you what are you waiting for. Kind of scary since they’re the ones that took the order and are supposed to be helping people. Get ready for donuts thrown in a bag to stick to it, not properly made drinks, and a poor attitude from all the employees. Do yourself a favor and go to any location, but this one. They should really close this location.

Fantastic service at this location every time I come. The wait is sometimes long, to be expected at a good Dunkin location. I order their sweet tea every visit which tastes fresh and sweet every visit. They also make sure to include bacon on my avocado toast when ordered unlike some other locations which love to “Forget” to add it.

This location charges extra for sweetener... I don't see that at other DD locations and find it a bit odd and cheap.

Nothing went right. Food was prepared incorrectly. The coffee tasted sour/old. We waited forever in line. Then it took forever to get serviced at the window. The employees were rude and dismissive. Recommended to go to the one on Bartow Road, not this one.
