I need the phone number to corporate, the way the employees treated me after I complained about the wait time was unacceptable. They called me everything except the child of God. I called the cops and now I want to call their Corporate.

Absolute terrible service and wait times at this location. Then they pull you up to a second window and forget about you. Then they come back and ask you what are you waiting for. Kind of scary since they’re the ones that took the order and are supposed to be helping people. Get ready for donuts thrown in a bag to stick to it, not properly made drinks, and a poor attitude from all the employees. Do yourself a favor and go to any location, but this one. They should really close this location.

Fantastic service at this location every time I come. The wait is sometimes long, to be expected at a good Dunkin location. I order their sweet tea every visit which tastes fresh and sweet every visit. They also make sure to include bacon on my avocado toast when ordered unlike some other locations which love to “Forget” to add it.

This location charges extra for sweetener... I don't see that at other DD locations and find it a bit odd and cheap.

Nothing went right. Food was prepared incorrectly. The coffee tasted sour/old. We waited forever in line. Then it took forever to get serviced at the window. The employees were rude and dismissive. Recommended to go to the one on Bartow Road, not this one.

The service was great. Really nice people but I had bought a bagel with cc and I found a hair in the cream cheese. I know it's not mine cause the hair was blonde. I had to throw the bagel away.
I should not be waiting in line for 45 minutes. That is ridiculous. They either need to hire better staff or make it more efficient. On top of that I waited at the window for another 10 minutes and the guy rudely asked if I was waiting for food and I say yes and I’m going to be late for work and he shrugged his shoulders. That’s rude and not what I want to hear after waiting almost an hour

I get everyone has bad days. The manager is giving out food at the second window. Gave us our food and we were still missing a drink. She gave us our food and didn’t say anything about the drink. I walked inside and of course she has the drink in her hand and gives me the dirtiest look as she’s handing my drink to my sister through the window. Managers need to be held to highest standards. This is unacceptable. She could’ve said “Hey we’re still working on your drink” ya know? But she didn’t say anything at all. I go to dunkin everyday. This just really made me not want to ever visit this location again. I will go to another.

I go to this Dunkin often! I love their Ham and cheese croissant. It's delicious for sure. The coffee is always great and the food is hot and fresh. The donuts are reasonably priced and delicious! I love how they have different flavors per season amd change it up. This is my favorite Dunkin location!
Parking: Lots of parking and close by other stores
Stopped in this morning to buy one don’t for my son. It was early (6:53am) so I didn’t pay much attention when using my mobile wallet and no receipt was offered. Later in the day when checking transactions, noticed I was charged $161.90 for one donut. Tried to call the store 20 times (not exaggerating) and no answer. Had to drive clear across town again to go in person to try to get my money back. Of course, no manager to be found. Employee called the manager and she stated she wasn’t coming down there to fix it today, regardless of the fact that I was out almost $200 due to their error. Called corporate to try and get owner/operator contact info and they advised they’d have them call but nothing yet. NEVER going to a Dunkin’ Donuts again.
