NEVER go to this Dunkin. If you order on the app and have to wait in the drive thru you will be waiting for at least 30 minutes. This location does not know how to move a drive thru line and I don’t understand what the hold up is. Absolutely terrible

Soo I waited in line for 20 min and I was waiting at the speaker no one said anything. There was a big line and I got to the window for them to tell me to leave they only take orders at the speaker. Worst customer service ever though drive though yet. Least have signs to tell people that wait 20 to 30 mins in line and only take orders at speaker would help. Very disappointed in this dunkin

Been coming to this dunkin ever since it was built. Hire more people. for the last few months it's taken more than 30 minutes for me to get 1 drink. today I waited 30 minutes in line, left, and went inside. the people in line said they had been waiting for over 20 minutes. and yes I can see inside there are only 2-3 people working at all times during the day. I refuse to blame the ones who are working there, because it's not their fault. I was recently unemployed and applied at this particular dunkin well over 5 times. they have hiring signs but obviously arnt hiring. If you guys don't want more help or don't want to hire than you should probably shut down the store. this is absolutely ridiculous and i am NOT the only customer who feels this way.

I am no longer coming to this Dunkin location which I don't love because it is a convenient location. Look at other recent reviews as they reflect the primary issue going on. I have repeatedly had issues going inside to grab a pickup order and it does not need to be this way. You can not just go in and grab your pickup order, they have everything facing towards them so you must ask someone (when available during a busy morning) for your order. I literally pointed to a coffee I could not reach and said I think it was mine and the lady simply said no. Guess who she was handing that same coffee to shortly after? Me. It was my coffee. They have you standing there for an order that is already made because they do not want customers to grab their own things. I think this would be fine if they actually were on top of handing people their orders, but they are not.

20min drive thru wait time with 4 cars ahead is UNREAL. This has happened so many times I’m just done now. I’ve woken up earlier to get coffee before work but 20min wait time MULTIPLE times?? You all need to tell your team this is not a normal restaurant this is a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT.
All the sheeple were clogging up the line over at Staryucks and these guys were as open as a hooker on a Friday night. They had a 'Merican menu cause I got an Extra large coffee and a glazed donut. No Vente Frappuccinos with goats milk and scone for me anymore. Hell No! Ole Dunkin will even make you a Homer Simpson donut with all the sprinkles if ya get there at the right time and don't mind a lil wait. I reckon we'll go back later for dinner cause I saw bags and bags of beans on the shelf the lady said were fresh off the roaster. Don't know how coffee bean soup will taste, but they had an exotic sounding name - arabica. Cain't Wait to Taste 'em!
