Just left dunkin donuts and was VERY disappointed with the service. No one was friendly when my husband and I came in. The cashier was rushing and kept stopping when I was ordering. Then after we got our order they handed the food to us with out saying have a good day etc. Yet when others came to the booth they were very friendly and courteous to them. Will not recommend this store to anyone I know. I will NEVER come back to that place EVER again.

The lady at the window was rude when I simply asked about my total. Little did I know it’s because I was being charged for additional items I did not order. The avocado toast I paid 5 dollars for wasn’t even toaster they put the spread on plain untoasted bread. The whole experience was

The drive thru is confusing. Not for me but for others. Idk how to fix that thoughAnd when I go inside sometimes they have the order screen up and sometimes it’s notOne time my drink was made but they didn’t package my donut . Probably a one time thing but I dont feel like testing it againSo overall I dislike the inconsistenciesMuch easier to order the old fashion way. The irony of having options marketed as saving time only for it to take double or triple the timeMy coffee always tastes good though so I will return until they mess that up too

Very clean place, cozy environment.. Young guy at register was nice but lacked personality. Left my food on counter, no receipt.. when I came to counter, he just said” your food is over there” didn’t even say thanks for stopping by or have a nice day! It’s all about customer service, young man, and I hope you get better at it. I did say thank you and went about my business.

I totally get that this place gets busy, but I'm going on 45 mins. in the drive thru. I could have gone to a local shop and saved 30 mins. Obviously need more staffing, or more efficient/competent staffing.

I’d give a 0 really! I called night before to ask if I needed to order a box of Joe ahead of time , I was told to just order when I get there. I did check app to order but I couldn’t find the box. I ordered inside. There was a young girl with glasses taking orders. I paid at 700 am as my receipt shows. I see this young girl just kept going about fixing mobile orders. Lady ordered after asked for her order and I see they fix her box and that’s when I said hey I’ve been here 20 minutes and she was after me!!!!! I was just late at this point and asked for a refund. Another employee began fixing my box, so I asked young girl if she can get me the cups, cream, etc. she did, but guess what they didn’t give me cream and my box was a mess, dripping coffee everywhere!!! No one at the meeting drank the darn coffee bc no cream!!!!

I went through the drive thru, only 1 car in front of me. Waited 5 mins before I got to the window. The coffee I ordered was barely warm. The girl said she could heat it up for me in the steamer. So now I'm getting old, hot coffee. A few seconds later, this tall 12 yr old looking kid asked me to go to the second window. I said no, there was no one behind me. He said it counts the time it takes to get an order. I said good, now it can count the time it takes me to get a HOT coffee. About 4 mons later he brings me my coffee. I commented on the time. He began to argue with me that it was hot to start with. Then said, maybe your old taste buds couldn't tell the difference. He refused to get me a manager or tell me his name. So I will be calling the store til I can talk with a manager. It's pretty sad the customer service at this location is worse than the b est McDonald's.

Three times we’ve tried to go thru the drive thru to order food ! Each time the app line forces you to sit for 20/30 min to order which is crazy! People without phones or elderly people are treated unfair against because most don’t have phones and cannot text and drive to do so !When you finally get to order they are OUT OF ANY HALLOWEEN doughnutsANY GLAZED DOUGHNUTSANY GLAZED DOUGNUT HOLESwhy are you open !?You are always out of advertised items you say you sell !I do see a lawsuit happening to them soon .Service has gone down hill bad!Dunkin don’t care !Our grandkids cried all the way home because we drove 20 min just to get the ADVERTISED HALLOWEEN DOUGHNUTS! And sat in line 20 min to be told they have none ! We even said any kind at all that relate to Halloween!! The person said no !Very sad service !
