My second time visiting this location and the sandwiches are awsome! The Turkey sub special should be on menus all year round. Stuffing cranberry all the taste of Thanksgiving in every bite including a side of gravey!

My husband and I both had a very busy afternoon with appointments. It had been raining all day-we were both cold from being in and out of the rain, and we were hangry! We wanted something quick and decided on Firehouse Subs at Merchants Walk in Lakeland. Christie took my order over the phone. My husband and I both noticed how clearly, efficiently, and professionally she took our order. When I went in to pickup our order, Christie was at the register. I was able to watch as she was checking out customers. Again, she was very efficient, professional, and kind. The entire staff was busy and working making other orders. All were friendly and smiling. Very impressive! Kudos to Christie, and all the folks working in there!

Unless you go in store, don’t bother ordering online. My family’s orders have been messed up multiple times. They seem to always forget something and today my sandwich was made completely wrong. They need to take “double checked for accuracy” off their closure stickers!
