Got my son his birthday cake here and the lady who designed the cake was SO nice. She helped me design it and came up with putting the 10 in the middle. Awesome location!

Spend 12 dollars on cookies once a week with my little girl. I ask for 4 quarters with my change so she can get on a ride on the way out and I get told no. Seriously.

They have good cookies alot of flavors and good prices great for after dinner or lunch treat. Grab them going in or out of the mall

I placed an online order which was fairly simple to navigate. I called to make sure I wrote my request/description well enough in the "special instructions", so there wasn't any confusion. There was.I paid an additional six (6) dollars for a sugar cookie instead of their standard chocolate chip, which I find irrational and unnecessary. Sugar is the preferred flavor for the recipient.It was a special occasion, so I figured it would be worth it. It wasn't.You can select from the typical rainbow colors of frosting along with vanilla and chocolate. I selected three (3) colors for the border. I was given two.The words I requested along with the details discussed, were not conveyed accordingly onto the cookie. Despite the extra effort of calling.The flavor of the cookie was pleasant but did taste a little oily. The cookie itself was kinda thin.The frosting was just sweet enough but it was incredibly thick. Overall, for the cost of the 16 inch sugar cookie, I truly expected it to be better. I also hoped for a decent value based off the price.The recipient liked it fair enough, but an alternative to celebrate, would've been a better option all around.I've included two side view pics so you can see the thickness difference between the actual cookie and the layer of frosting. Calling your business "Great American Cookies", means your expected to have higher quality for a decent value. Not this time.

Amazing ladies working there. Ordered online and the date got mixed up, they went above and beyond and made my son's cookie cake right then. Truly great workers.

I had a gift card for GAC and had to drive 40 minutes one way to use it at this location in Lakeland. These cookies put all places to shame. The basic chocolate chip cookie is actually delicious and doesn't taste processed or bland. The employees are super sweet too.

Customer service is awful @ this location. I called about getting a custom cake and sent in the picture we wanted. They refused and said it was a copyright issue. I’ve had about 6 cookie cakes from the GAC in another state and they are talented and willing to accommodate. They should have just said, we can’t draw anything other than what’s on our website. I’m so aggravated but will be calling another GAC for our orderThe photos on this review are from a store that can get the job done!!!! !
